عنوان فارسی مقایسه تأثیر درمانهای دندانپزشکی تحت بیهوشی عمومی و سرپایی بر روی ترس و اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت دهان کودکان
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از انجام این مطالعه مقایسه تأثیر درمانهای دندانپزشکی تحت بیهوشی عمومی و درمانهای دندانپزشکی سرپایی بر روی میزان ترس و اضطراب از دندانپزشکی کودکان مبتلا به پوسیدگی زودرس دندانی و همچنین کیفیت زندگی کودکان بود.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی دو گروه کودک 3 تا 6 ساله که یک گروه نیازمند درمان دندانپزشکی با بیهوشی عمومی و گروه دیگر نیازمند درمان سرپایی در مطب بودند، انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه های ارزیابی میزان ترس و اضطراب کودک(DS-CFSS) و ارزیابی کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با دهان کودک (F-ECOHIS) پیش از انجام درمان و 1 ماه پس انجام درمان ها در اختیار والدین قرار گرفت.در نهایت نتیجه این پرسشنامه ها، با یکدیگر مقایسه گردید. جهت آنالیز آماری از آزمونهای Mann-Whitney، T-Test , Kruskal-Wallis و Wilcoxon Signed Ranks استفاده گردید.سطح معنی داری آزمونها 05 /0 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: اضطراب پیش از آغاز درمان و همچنین پس از پایان درمان، در گروه بیهوشی عمومی به طور معناداری از گروه درمان سرپایی بیشتر بود. (001 /0 ( p< نمره اضطراب کودکان در روش درمان سرپایی (007/0p=) و در روش درمان تحت بیهوشی عمومی به طور معناداری کاهش یافت (001 /0 ( p<.کیفیت زندگی پیش از آغاز درمان کودکان در گروه درمان سرپایی به طور معناداری از گروه بیهوشی عمومی بیشتر بود. (008/0P=) کیفیت زندگی پس از پایان درمان کودکان در گروه درمان سرپایی تفاوت معناداری از لحاظ آماری با گروه بیهوشی عمومی نداشت(61 / 0 p=).نتیجه گیری: هر دو روش درمان سرپایی و تحت بیهوشی عمومی کارایی بالایی دارند و به خوبی در کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت دهان کودکان اثر مثبت دارند و قادر به کاهش اضطراب دندانپزشکی کودکان هستند.روش بیهوشی عمومی در کاهش اضطراب کودک نسبت به بیس لاین موفق تر بود اما در زمینه بهبود کیفیت زندگی بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison the effect of dental treatments under general anesthesia and outpatient on the level of fear and anxiety and quality of life related to oral health of children
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The purpose of this study is to comparison the effect of dental treatments under general anesthesia and outpatient on the level of fear and anxiety and quality of life related to oral health of children.Methods & Materials: In this cross sectional study two groups of 3 to 6 years old children are selected, one group need dental treatment with general anesthesia and the other group need outpatient treatment in the office. Questionnaires for assessing the child's fear and anxiety level (DS-CFSS) and evaluating the quality of life related to the child's mouth (F-ECOHIS) are provided to the parents before the treatment and 1 month after the treatment. Data were analyzed in SPSS software (version17) using Mann whitney, T-Test , Kruskal-Wallis and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks.The level of significancy was 0.05.Results: Anxiety before the treatment and also after the end of the treatment was significantly higher in the general anesthesia group than in the outpatient treatment group (p<0.001 and p<0.001). Children's anxiety score has decreased significantly in the outpatient treatment method (p=0.007) and in the treatment method under general anesthesia decreased significantly (p<0.001). The quality of life of children in the outpatient treatment group was significantly higher than the general anesthesia group before the study (p=0.008). There is no significant difference in the quality of life after the treatment between children in the outpatient treatment group and general anesthesia. (p=0.614). Conclusion: Both methods, outpatient treatment and treatment under general anesthesia are highly effective and have a positive effect on the quality of life related to children's oral health and are able to reduce their anxiety. The treatment under general anesthesia was more successful in reducing anxiety of children comparison to base line ,but in related to the quality of life there was no significant difference.
