تحلیل مهمترین مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار جهانی‌شدن بر فضاهای عمومی |

چکیدهبیان مسئله: جهانی‌شدن فرایندی در حال وقوع است که اثرات قطعی آن بر شهرها و ریزفضاهایشان هنوز مشخص نشده است. جهانی‌شدن سبب شده است تا اقدامات و تحولات نقطه‌ای از جهان بر نقاطی آن سوی جهان اثر گذارد. در دنیای جهانی‌شده امروز که جامعه محلی و نسبتاً بسته گذشته، تبدیل به یک جامعه فرامحلی، جهانی و یا محلی- جهانی شده است، شاخص‌های بسیاری بر زندگی شهری تأثیرگذارند. ازاین‌رو این فرایند با ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های ویژه‌اش در عرصه فضاهای جمعی در هر دو بعد کالبد و رفتار نیز به روشنی خود را نشان می‌دهد. پرسش اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که فضاهای جمعی از کدام یک از ابعاد جهانی‌شدن بیشترین تأثیر را گرفته است؟ و پرسش دیگر که بدان پرداخته می‌شود این است که جهانی‌شدن چگونه بر الگوهای رفتاری شهروندان در فضاهای جمعی تأثیر داشته است؟هدف پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر بر آن است که مهمترین مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر فضاهای عمومی را تحلیل‌کرده و چگونگی تأثیر جهانی‌شدن بر الگوهای رفتاری شهروندان در فضاهای عمومی را بررسی کند.روش پژوهش: برای پاسخ به این پرسش‌ها با نگاهی کلان و انتقادی و با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل مهمترین ابعاد جهانی‌شدن که بر فضاهای جمعی تأثیرگذار هستند، شناسایی شده و سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه خبرگان و تحلیل‌های آماری به منظور سنجش پایایی و توزیع نرمال داده‌ها نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 26 و در نهایت با روش دلفی فازی رتبه‌بندی عوامل صورت گرفته است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد جهانی‌شدن به طور غیر مستقیم و به‌واسطه اثرگذاری بر مهمترین ابعاد زندگی انسان معاصر بر الگوهای رفتاری وی نیز تأثیرگذار بوده است. رونق فناوری اطلاعات به این اتفاق شتاب بخشیده است و با جابجایی مرزهای روانی در برایند کلی هر سه جنبه از رفتار (ضروری، اجتماعی، اختیاری) و همچنین هر دو بعد کیفی فضای شهری، تأثیرات غیرقابل چشم‌پوشی داشته است. در رتبه‌بندی انجام‌شده؛ ارتباطات مجازی، جریان مداوم اطلاعات، ارزش‌ها و سلایق، کنترل و نظارت بر مردم و مسئولین به واسطه پیشرفت تکنولوژی به ترتیب رتبه اول تا سوم اثرگذاری بر فضاهای جمعی در جریان جهانی‌شدن را به دست آورده‌اند. بنابراین پیشرفت تکنولوژی و انقلاب اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی که به واسطه آن ممکن شده است، بیشترین تأثیر را بر فضاهای جمعی شهرها در جریان جهانی‌شدن بر عهده داشته است. این امر لزوم توجه بیشتر به شاخص‌های مطرح‌شده را در طراحی فضاهای جمعی در دنیای جهانی‌شده به روشنی بیان می‌دارد. |

Problem statement: Globalization is an ongoing process whose effects on cities and their micro spaces have not been specified yet. Globalization makes the actions and evolutions in one part of the world affect the other parts. In the contemporary globalized world, where the local (and somehow closed) community has changed to a trans-local, global, or local-global one, many indicators affect our urban life. Therefore, this process is observed with its special dimensions and indicators in the public space arena (both physically and behaviorally).Research Objective:The present study aims to analyze the most influential components on public spaces and examin how globalization impacts on citizen behavioral patterns in public spaces.Research method:To answer the above questions, the most important effective dimensions of globalization in public spaces have been specified with a macro, critical view, by using the meta-analysis method. The expert questionnaire and statistical analysis have been used to evaluate the reliability and normal distribution of data (with SPSS version 26). The ranking of the components was done by the Fuzzy Delphi method.Conclusion: The conclusions show that globalization affects the behavioral patterns of contemporary man indirectly, due to its effect on the most important aspects of life. Information technology has catalyzed this by changing the spiritual frontiers in the resultant of three behavioral aspects (necessary, social, and optional) and has made inevitable effects on both two qualitative dimensions of urban space. Virtual communication is the continuous flow of information, values, and according to their effect on public spaces. Therefore, technology development and its subsequent information and communication revolution have had the most effect on urban public spaces during globalization. This in turn clarifies considering the mentioned indicators while designing public spaces in a globalized world.Conclusion:The conclusions show that globalization affects the behavioural patterns of contemporary man indirectly, due to its effect on the most important aspects of life.
