عنوان فارسی ارزیابی رضایتمندی شهروندان از عملکرد زیرگذرها در شهر تهران (مطالعه موردی: پروژه زیرگذر چهارراه ولیعصر شهر تهران)
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: شهرداری‌ها به‌منظور ساماندهی ترافیک و زیباسازی فضای شهری اقدام به اجرای پروژه‌های زیر بنایی شهری می‌کند. این اقدامات زمانی کارکرد مناسب پیدا خواهد کرد که با فضای بومی نواحی و محلات شهری و نیازهای آن‌ها هماهنگ باشد. در این پژوهش میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان به لحاظ کالبدی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی از پروژه زیرگذر چهارراه ولیعصر (تآتر شهر) بررسی‌شده است. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی و پیمایشی است. جامعه نمونه آماری برای بررسی ساکنین 100نفر از شهروندان زیرگذر ولیعصر که از طریق فرمول کوکران به‌دست‌آمده است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل فرضیات، از آزمون T تک نمونه‌ای و برای رتبه‌بندی عوامل از آزمون فریدمن و برای مقایسه نسبت‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ها ، درصدها و فراوانی‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ها از آزمون خی دو استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌ها: بررسی‌ها مشخص می‌سازد که رضایت‌مندی شهروندان از ایجاد زیرگذر چهارراه ولیعصر ازلحاظ بعد کالبدی بیشتر است. اما در بقیه ابعاد میانگین به‌دست‌آمده طبق آزمون T تک نمونه‌ای کمتر از میانگین است، به‌خصوص در بعد اقتصادی که بین میانگین واقعی و مفروض اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد. طبق آزمون فریدمن در میان ابعاد تأثیرگذار بر رضایت‌مندی ساکنین بعد کالبدی است و به ترتیب بعد اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی و اقتصادی در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از ایجاد زیرگذر ولیعصر متوسط به بالا بوده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Citizens' satisfaction with the performance of subways in Tehran (case study: the project underpass intersection in Tehran's Valiasr)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction and Objective: municipalities to organize traffic and the beautification of urban spaces to urban infrastructure projects. These measures will function properly when the native space areas and urban neighborhoods and their needs match. In this study, the satisfaction of citizens in terms of physical, social, economic and environmental underpass project intersection (City Theater) is studied. Measuring satisfaction based on aspects of physical, economic, social and environmental, and to achieve optimal urban management is of great importance and urgency. Methods: The research method is descriptive - analytical and survey. The sample of 100 citizens community for residents and businesses around Vali underpass through Cochran's formula is obtained. To analyze the assumptions, one sample T-test and Friedman test for ranking factors and for comparison, percentages and frequencies of chi-square test were used. Results: The satisfaction of residents and shopkeepers specifies the creation of Age in terms of the physical underpass residents are satisfied. But in other aspects, according to the average obtained one sample T-test is less than the average, especially in the economic dimension that there was a significant difference between the real and perceived. The impact of satisfaction among residents Friedman test the physical and the social, environmental and economic are next respectively. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that moderate to high level of satisfaction of citizens from Vali underpass has been created.
