عنوان فارسی توافق هسته‌ای و برساختگي هويّت جديد ايران در افكار عمومي بین‌المللی
چکیده فارسی مقاله توافق هسته‌ای ايران با گروه 1+5 از جمله رخدادهاي مهمي است كه نه تنها داراي اثرگذاري قابل توجّه در داخل ايران، بلكه داراي پيامدهاي مهم منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی است. يكي از مهم‌ترین اين پيامدها تأثير اين توافق بر افكار عمومي جامعه بین‌الملل و بازسازي تصوير جمهوري اسلامي در رسانه‌ها و نهايتاً افكار عمومي جهان است. سؤال اصلي اين مقاله آن است كه توافق هسته‌ای ايران با گروه 1+5 چه تأثيري بر افكار عمومي بین‌المللی نسبت به ايران گذاشته است؟ در پاسخ به اين پرسش و با بهره‌گیری از نظرية سازه‌انگاری، اين فرضيه مطرح شده است كه توافق هسته‌ای ايران و گروه 1+5 موجب شده تصوير ذهني جامعه بین‌الملل تغيير يابد و با زير سؤال بردن «پروژه ايران‌هراسي» موجبات برساخته‌شدن هويّت ايجابي ايران در افكار عمومي جامعه بین‌الملل را فراهم آورده است. مقاله حاضر با روش توصيفي- تحليلي، به تجزيه و تحليل اظهارات و واکنش‌های بین‌المللی نسبت به اين توافق پرداخته و در پايان نتيجه گرفته است كه توافق هسته‌ای از رهگذر ارتقاي ظرفیت‌های ديپلماسي عمومي جمهوري اسلامي ايران فرصت مناسبي را براي نماياندن چهرة واقعي و صلح­طلب ايران به وجود آورده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Iran’s nuclear deal with the P5 + 1, represents a major event that has had not only a significant impact on internal affair of Iran, but also important regional and international out comes. One of the consequences of this deal is it's impact on public opinion of the international community as well as the Reconstruction of new image of the Islamic Republic in the media, and ultimately in the global public opinion. The main question of this paper is that what has been the impact of Iran’s nuclear deal with the P5 + 1 on international public opinion? In response to the question the author by adopting the theory of constructivism, as their conceptual framework, have presented the hypothesis that the nuclear deal between Iran and the P5 + 1 has resulted in the mind change of international community so that it put under question the "Iran phobia Project" this image change reconstructed a positive identity of Iran in the international public opinion. This paper via descriptive and analytical method, scrutinizes on the international statements and reactions to this deal and concludes that Iran's nuclear deal with 5+1 has promoted the I.R of Iran’s potentialities in public diplomacy and created a suitable opportunity to represent the true face and peaceful image of Iran.
