مقدمه: شادکامی یکی از مفاهیم و مولفه‌های اساسی زندگی دانشجویان است. مطالعه در خصوص شادکامی دارای سه جنبه که شامل: سنجش میزان شادکامی، بررسی عوامل موثر بر شادکامی و شیوه‌های افزایش شادکامی و هدف از این پژوهش سنجش شادکامی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارتش می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی بود که در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آجا انجام شد. جامعه مورد پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان تازه وارد دانشکده‌های پزشکی و پیراپزشکی در نیمسال دوم تحصیلی سال 1400 بود. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 166 نفر از دانشجویان به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد oxford happiness inventory(OHI) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 26، آزمون کلوموگروف اسمیرنوف و آزمون t مستقل استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره پرسشنامه شادکامی اکسفورد 10/65±32/6 بود. طبق نتایج بدست آمده میانگین شادکامی دانشجویان پزشکی 10/28±31/12 و دانشجویان پیراپزشکی 11/21±34/2 بود که با توجه به نتایج آزمون t مستقل این تفاوت بین دانشجویان پزشکی و پیراپزشکی معنی دار است و دانشجویان پیراپزشکی از سطح شادکامی بالاتری برخوردارند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجاییکه شادکامی از عوامل اساسی در عملکرد تحصیلی و شغلی افراد است و با توجه به پایین‌تر بودن سطح شادکامی دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به دانشجویان پیراپزشکی، شناسایی عوامل سبب ساز و برنامه‌ریزی در جهت ارتقای شادکامی دانشجویان امری ضروری است. |

Introduction: Happiness is one of the basic concepts and components of students' lives. The study of happiness has three aspects: measuring the level of happiness, examining the factors affecting happiness and methods of increasing happiness. The purpose of this research is to measure the happiness among the students of the Army University of Medical Sciences. Methods and Materials: This descriptive-cross sectional study was conducted at Aja University of Medical Sciences. The research population was all freshmen of medical and paramedical faculties in the second semester of 2022. 166 students were selected as the research sample using Cochran's formula and available sampling method. The research tool was the Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI). Data were analyzed through Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and independent t test using SPSS software version 26. Results: The average score of the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire was 32.6±10.65. According to the obtained results, the average happiness of medical and paramedical students was 31.12±10.28 and 34.2±11.21 respectively. This difference between medical and paramedical students is significant based on the results of the independent t test. Moreover, paramedical students have a higher level of happiness. Discussion and Conclusion: Since happiness is one of the basic factors in people's academic and career performance and considering the lower level of happiness of medical students compared to paramedical students, it is necessary to identify the causal factors and plan to improve students' happiness. |
