عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دندانپزشکان شهر یزد پیرامون مدیریت زیبایی ترمیم‌های کامپوزیتی قدامی در سال ۱۳۹۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: امروزه با توجه به سرعت بالای توسعه مواد ترمیمی رزینی جدید و تبلیغات رسانه‌ای گسترده درمورد اهمیت و تاثیر لبخند زیبا، با افزایش تقاضا در ترمیم دندان‌های قدامی مواجه هستیم، فلذا زیبایی لبخند یک نگرانی اصلی برای بیماران و دندانپزشکان محسوب می‌شود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، 165 دندانپزشک عمومی در شهر یزد به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. 158 نفر از دندانپزشکان پرسش‌نامه مطالعه شامل5 سوال دموگرافیک و 38 سوال در سه بخش سوالات آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد را تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS version 16 و آزمون آماری T-test، one-way ANOVA و آمار توصیفی (فراوانی/درصد) آنالیز شدند. نتایج: در این مطالعه 39/9 درصد دندانپزشکان شرکت‌کننده مرد و 60/1 درصد زن بودند. ارتباط آماری معنی‌دار بین نمره نگرش و آگاهی با جنسیت، سن، سابقه فعالیت و دانشگاه محل تحصیل دندانپزشکان وجود نداشت (0/05P). نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، دندانپزشکان در خصوص مدیریت زیبایی ترمیم‌های کامپوزیتی قدامی، آگاهی متوسط و نگرش ضعیفی داشتند. با این‌حال شرکت در دوره‌ها و کارگاه‌های آموزشی مدیریت زیبایی ترمیم‌های کامپوزیتی قدامی، تاثیر زیادی بر نگرش دندانپزشکان داشت. هم‌چنین اکثر دندانپزشکان از نحوه آموزش دانشکده در خصوص ترمیم‌های کامپوزیت قدامی راضی نبودند.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Yazd Dentist’s Knowledge, Attitude and Performance of Aesthetic Management of Anterior Composite Restorations in 2020
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Nowadays, due to the rapid development of new resin restorative materials and extensive media advertising concerning the importance and impact of a beautiful smile, there is an increased demand for the restoration of anterior teeth; thus, the beauty of smile is rendered as a major concern for patients and dentists. Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive study, 165 general dentists in Yazd City, Iran were selected by random sampling. Of these, 158 dentists completed the study questionnaire, including 5 demographic items and 38 more items in three parts: knowledge, attitude and performance. Gleaned data were analyzed with SPSS 16 using T-test, one-way ANOVA, descriptive statistics (frequency/percentage). Results: In this study, 39.9% of dentists were male and 60.1% were female. There was no statistically significant correlation between the scores of attitude and knowledge with gender, age, history of activity, and the university of dentists' study (P>0.05). Yet, a statistically significant correlation was observed between the average attitude scores of dentists who participated in training courses and the dentists who did not participate in training courses (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, dentists had average knowledge and poor attitude regarding the aesthetic management of anterior composite restorations. However, participation in courses and workshops on aesthetic management of anterior composite restorations had a great impact on dentists' attitudes. Moreover, most dentists were not satisfied with the Dental School's training regarding anterior composite restorations.
