عنوان فارسی ارزیابی مولفه‌های شهروند هوشمند در فضاهای شهری با رویکرد انتقادی بر نظریه رشد هوشمند شهری (مورد: محله ولنجک، منطقه ۱ شهر تهران)
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: مولفه شهروند هوشمند در سایه نظریه رشد هوشمند شهری به فراموشی سپرده شده است بگونه­ای که در قالب این نظریه، اغلب برنامه‌ریزان و طراحان شهری تنها به بررسی شاخص­های اقتصاد و خدمات هوشمند در شهر می­پردازند و سبک زندگی و فرهنگ شهروندان را به کمتر مورد توجه قرار می­دهند. در همین راستا در این پژوهش محله ولنجک به عنوان یکی از محلات چندکارکردی و برنامه­ریزی شده شهر تهران در منطقه یک، به عنوان مطالعه موردی انتخاب شده است تا شاخص­های شهروند هوشمند و مولفه­های تاثیرگذار بر آن مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش بصورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی-توسعه­ای می­باشد. حجم نمونه با توجه به شیوه نمونه­گیری غیرتصادفی-دردسترس به تعداد 60 نفر انتخاب شده­اند. داده­ها و اطلاعات به دو صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی گردآوری شده است. داده­های گردآوری شده وارد نرم افزار spss شده و در تحلیل آن از آزمون­های T مستقل، همبستگی اسپرمن و رگرسیون استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته­های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که محله ولنجک دارای سطح متوسطی از شهروندان هوشمند است. نتایج آزمون T نشان می­دهد که شاخص اجتماع­محوری با میانگین 2.58 دارای کمترین میانگین و شاخص طبیعت­دوستی با میانگین 2.40 دارای بیشترین میانگین است. همچنین بر اساس نتایج آزمون اسپرمن و رگرسیون بین متغیرهای فردی و رفتار هوشمند شهروندان همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: ضرورت دارد تا با تکیه بر ظرفیت­های اجتماعی، پیشنهاداتی همانند توانمندسازی شهروندان برای حضور در نهادهای مردم­محور ارائه گردد که عاملی موثر در تقویت هوشمندی شهروندان است.

عنوان انگلیسی The evaluation component of smart citizen in urban spaces with a critical approach to the theory of smart growth (Case Study: Velenjak neighborhood, District 1 Tehran)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction and purpose of the research: Smart citizen have been forgotten in the face of smart growth theory. So that in the framework of this theory, Most planners and urban designers only examines economic indicators and the smart services in the city are and the lifestyle and culture of the citizens to give less attention. In this regard, in this study, as a multifunctional neighborhoods and neighborhood Velenjak Tehran, planned in the first area, has been selected as a case study the smart citizen indicators and factors affecting evaluated. Method: The research adopted descriptive-analytical methodology with the aim of being practical and developmental. Data were collected in two ways: library research and field studies. The garnered data were entered into SPSS software. For the analysis, Independent T test, Spearman correlation and regression were used. Findings: Research findings indicate that Velenjak neighborhood has an average level of intelligent citizens. T-test results show that Community-based index with an average of 2.58 has the lowest average and nature with an average index had the highest average is 2.40. According to Spearman test results and regression also indicate that there is a significant correlation and intelligent behavior of citizens Conclusion: It is necessary to rely on the capacities of communities, Suggestions as to empower citizens be provided for the people-centered institutions an effective means of strengthening the intelligence of the citizens.
