عنوان فارسی اندازه‌گیری سرمایه فرهنگی و مقایسه آن میان دانشجویان دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه شهید بهشتی و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: در این پژوهش به اندازه گیری میزان سرمایه فرهنگی میان دانشجویان دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه شهید بهشتی و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات و مقایسه آنها پرداخته شده است؛ و با این هدف در پی پاسخ این سؤال است که سرمایه فرهنگی در میان دانشجویان دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه شهید بهشتی و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران چقدر است و چه راهکارهایی در جهت ارتقا آن می‌توان به مدیران پیشنهاد نمود؟ روش پژوهش: این مقاله از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده و از حیث روش توصیفی می‌باشد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در مطالعه فوق، روش میدانی و روش کتابخانه‌ای است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات نیز در این تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می‌باشد. قلمرو مکانی این پژوهش در شهر تهران در بین 456 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات و دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه شهید بهشتی می‌باشد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد سطح مؤلفه‌های قانون مداری و تفاهم فرهنگی به ترتیب دارای رتبه اول و دوم اهمیت در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد واحد علوم و تحقیقات بوده و سطح مؤلفه‌های انسجام اجتماعی و مشارکت شهروندی به ترتیب دارای رتبه اول و دوم اهمیت در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بوده است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از آزمون سرمایه فرهنگی در بعد فردی سطح این مؤلفه از مؤلفه‌های اصلی سرمایه فرهنگی در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی قوی‌تر از سطح این مؤلفه در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات می‌باشد و سطح مؤلفه‌های بعد اجتماعی و بعد ملی از مؤلفه‌های اصلی سرمایه فرهنگی در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات قوی‌تر از سطح این مؤلفه در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی می‌باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction & Objective: Cultural assets can be defined as a property which illustrates, saves , and supplies cultural values, in addition to every economical value that have ever been. Existing cultural assets refers to such an asset in any given time and in term of an appropriate count unit in advance, material qualities or a collective evaluation is determined or measured. These existing assets gradually result in creating a flow of old services which may be utilized to produce more goods and more services for consumption. Method:This research, regarding its aim, is an applied one and was conducted in a descriptive procedure. The collecting data in this research is a field and library –based. The tools were used to gather information also in this research included a probe questionnaire. The surrounding realm in this research is Tehran city. The subjects are among 456 students studying in the Islamic Azad University- Research and Science Unit- Management Department and Shahid Beheshti University's Management Department. The main purpose of this research is to measure/assess and to compare cultural assets among the students studying in Management Department of Shahid Beheshti University and those of the Islamic Azad University- Research and Science Unit, in Tehran. Results: The results gained from this research show that law –based components and cultural understanding have the first rank and the second rank among the students of Shahid Beheshti University and Research and Science Unit, respectively. And the levels of components of social coherence and citizens' participation have the first rank and the second rank among the students of Shahid Beheshti University. Conclusion: Regarding the outcomes from a cultural assets test at the individual level, among other basic components of cultural assets, this component among the students of Shahid Beheshti University is stronger than that of Research and Science Unit of the Islamic Azad University. And the level of social and national components among main components of cultural assets among the students of Research and Science Unit of the Islamic Azad University is stronger than that of the students of Shahid Beheshti University.
