عنوان فارسی آثار ماده‌های قانونی (۸۸ و ۲۷) بر عملکرد اجرایی هیات‌های ورزشی استان اصفهان
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر تحلیلی بر آثار ماده­های قانونی (ماده 88 و 27) بر عملکرد اجرایی هیات­های ورزشی استان اصفهان بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع تحلیلی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود که به روش میدانی اجرا شد. جامعه­ی آﻣﺎری شامل کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان بود که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 265 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری بصورت تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته­ای بود که روایی محتوی آن ضمن بررسی دقیق متون و ادبیات تحقیق، پس از نظرخواهی از اساتید و متخصصین (10 نفر) تایید شد. همچنین پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (94/0) محاسبه شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و روش­های آمار استنباطی (تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه دوم) استفاده شد. همچنین تجزیه و تحلیل‌ها در این تحقیق توسط نرم‌افزار Spss نسخه 22 و نرم­افزار Lisrel انجام گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از این بود که خصوصی­سازی در ورزش در ابعاد گوناگون، اثرات مثبت مختلفی بر جامعه می­گذارد که از مهمترین آثار آن می­توان به ترتیب به اثرات اقتصادی - اجتماعی (90/0)، کارایی پویا و چابکی سازمانی (89/0)، تمرکززدایی (86/0)، رضایت مشتریان (82/0)، اشتغال­زایی (78/0) و افزایش رقابت (67/0) اشاره نمود. در پایان برای بهبودی هر چه بیشتر آثار خصوصی­سازی، همکاری همه جانبه بخش دولتی به حذف هر گونه بازدارنده اداری و مالی از سر راه توسعه بخش خصوصی و فرهنگ­سازی در این زمینه پیشنهاد می­شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The effects of statutory clauses (27 and 88) on the executive performance of sports boards of Isfahan province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The aim of this research was to investigate the effects of statutory clauses (clauses 27 and 88) on the executive performance of sports boards of Isfahan province. The type of research method is descriptive analytical method and an application approach in terms of its purpose, which is implemented in the field way. The statistical community contains all managers and experts of sport and youth offices of Isfahan province, which included 55 offices and 829 employees. To determine the statistic sample, 267 employees are randomly chosen using the Krejcie and Morgan table through stratified. The research tools are a researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity of the research was confirmed by a survey of professors and experts (about 10 persons), while the research content and literature were carefully investigated. Moreover, its reliability is measured using Cronbach's alpha test (0.94). Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (exploratory factor analysis and the second order confirmation factor analysis) are utilized to analyze the data. The analysis in this study is also carried out by SPSS software, version 22, and Lisrel software. With regard to the importance of privatization and the emphasis statutory clauses (27 and 88) on this issue, the results of this study indicate that the privatization the sport in various dimensions has a variety of positive effects on the society. Its most important effects on the executive performance of board and sports infrastructure of Isfahan province can be mentioned to socio-economic effects (0.9), dynamic performance and organizational agility (0.89), decentralization (0.86), customers satisfaction (0.82), employment (0.78), and competition increasing (0.67). ]n order to further improvement on the privatization effects, a comprehensive cooperation of the public section is proposed, based on which any administrative and financial deterrents from the development of the private section and the promotion of culture are removed. Of course, managers should be aware of the limitations and threats, such as financial corruption, inefficiencies, etc., in the provision of services to the private section.
