عنوان فارسی اصول طراحی پیاه‌راه‌ با رویکرد گردشگری پایدار شهری
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: پیاده‌راه‌های گردشگری پیوند دهنده فضاهای پویای شهری و گردشگران هستند و می توانند علاوه بر نقش اقتصادی و اجتماعی، عامل اصلی توسعه گردشگری و حضور فعال گردشگران در فضاهای شهری محسوب شوند. شهر همدان به ویژه تپه هگمتانه علی رغم دارا بودن ظرفیت‌های گسترده، به امکانات رفاهی بیشتری برای گردشگری شهری نیاز دارد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تجارب موفق بین‌المللی و مقایسه پیاده‌راه‌های شهری و شناسایی این قابلیت‌ها در فضای کالبدی پیاده راه‌های محوطه هگمتانه می باشد. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش به تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی این پیاده راه‌ها می پردازد تا ببیند چه اندازه توانسته است زمینه ساز ارتقای کیفیت زندگی شهری و جذب گردشگر در این منطقه باشد و از سوی دیگر زمینه استفاده از تجارب مثبت خود در سایر مناطق مشابه پیاده راهی را فراهم سازد. یافته‌ها: برگزاری انواع مراسم، آیین‌ها و جشنوار ه‌های متناسب با محوطه و میراث فرهنگی در مجموعه می تواند به جذب مخاطب و ارتباط دادن محوطه با شهر کمک شایانی نماید. از لحاظ زمان حضور گردشگران در مجموعه تفاوت معنی‌داری بین گردشگران داخلی و خارجی وجود دارد، به نحوی که گردشگران داخلی بیشتر از همه در تعطیلات نوروز و پس از آن در تابستان، به ترتیب در ماه‌های شهریور، مرداد و تعداد کمتری در تیرماه از این محوطه بازدید می کنند. پس از آن، مجموعه در ماه‌های فروردین، اردیبهشت و آبان به ترتیب بیش از سایر ماه‌ها میزبان گردشگران خارجی بوده است. نتیجه گیری: تجارب موفق جهانی نشان داده اند که برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی فضاهای پیاده راه ها‌، زمانی موفق خواهند بود که علاوه بر درنظر گرفتن عوامل کالبدی، شرایط اجتماعی فرهنگی، اقلیمی‌، الگوهای روانی رفتاری مردم، به نیازهای و سلایق مردم محلی توجه شود. بنابراین در برنامه‌ریزی و ساماندهی پیاده راه‌ها لازم است روابط متقابل نظام حرکتی افراد پیاده با دیگر جنبه‌های پایداری محوطه همگام با توازن و تعادل زندگی انسان‌ها موردشناسایی و تحلیل ساختاری و کیفی قرار گیرد. از این رو باید برای ساماندهی پیاده راه‌ها، نگرشی جامع و اصولی مانند کوتاه کردن دسترسی‌ها، پوشش کامل امنیتی و بهداشتی معابر پیاده، رعایت الزامات اسایشی و تنوع در مسیر، بدنه سازی و ایجاد مناظر (چشم اندازهای) مطلوب تامین تجهیزات لازم برای حرکت در شبانه روز و فراهم کردن زمینه‌های اجتماعی مشارکت پایدار محلی به کار گرفته شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction and Aim: Tourist sidewalks connect dynamic urban spaces and tourists and can be considered the main factor of tourism development and the active presence of tourists in urban spaces in addition to their economic and social role. Hamadan city, especially Haghmatane hill, despite having wide capacities, needs more amenities for urban tourism. The main purpose of this research is to investigate successful international experiences and compare urban sidewalks and identify these capabilities in the physical space of sidewalks in Hegmatane area. Method: This research deals with the qualitative analysis of these sidewalks in order to see how much it has been able to be a basis for improving the quality of urban life and attracting tourists in this area, and on the other hand, it is a basis for using positive experiences in other similar pedestrian areas. to provide Findings: Holding various ceremonies, rituals and festivals appropriate to the site and cultural heritage in the complex can help to attract the audience and connect the site with the city. There is a significant difference between domestic and foreign tourists in terms of the time of presence of tourists in the complex, in such a way that domestic tourists mostly visit this area during Nowruz holidays and after that in summer, respectively in the months of Shahrivar, August and a smaller number in July. They visit After that, the complex hosted more foreign tourists in the months of April, May and November respectively. Conclusion: successful global experiences have shown that the planning and design of pedestrian spaces will be successful when, in addition to considering the physical factors, social, cultural, climatic conditions, psychological and behavioral patterns of the people, the needs and tastes of the local people are taken into consideration. Therefore, in the planning and organizing of pedestrian paths, it is necessary to identify and structurally and qualitatively analyze the mutual relations of the movement system of pedestrians with other aspects of the stability of the area along with the balance and balance of people's lives. For this reason, a comprehensive and principled approach should be taken to organize the sidewalks, such as shortening the accesses, full security and health coverage of the sidewalks, compliance with the requirements of comfort and variety in the route, building and creating desirable views, providing the necessary equipment for movement in day and night and providing social grounds for sustainable local participation.
