عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط بین عادات رسانه ای با اضطراب و ترس در دندانپزشکی در افراد ۶ تا ۱۵ سال
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: امروزه کودکان زمان زیادی را صرف استفاده از رسانه های الکترونیکی می کنند که می تواند باعث ایجاد اختلالات مرتبط با اضطراب شود. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی ارتباط بین عادات رسانه ای با نمره اضطراب و نمره ترس در دندانپزشکی در افراد 6 تا 15سال بود.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی، افراد 6 تا 15 ساله مراجعه کننده به دانشکده دندانپزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد به روش آسان انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش اضطراب و ترس به ترتیب از پرسشنامه MCDAS و CFSS-D و مدت زمان تماشای تلویزیون و بازی با کامپیوتر یا موبایل یا تبلت کودک نیز توسط طراحی پرسشنامه ای بررسی شد. داده ها به محیط نرم افزار SPSS17 وارد و تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: از 120 فرد شرکت کننده، 39 نفر، پسر و 81 نفر، دختر بودند. میانگین سنی افراد 46/2±31/9 سال بود. بین اضطراب و ترس با مدت زمان تماشای تلویزیون و مدت زمان بازی با کامپیوتر یا تبلت یا موبایل، رابطه معنی داری وجود نداشت. بین مدت زمان تماشای تلویزیون و مدت زمان بازی با کامپیوتر یا تبلت یا موبایل در افراد 10 تا 15 سال، دختران، شرکت کنندگانی که مادران آن ها فوق دیپلم و بالاتر و پدران آن ها دیپلم و فوق دیپلم و بالاتر بودند، رابطه معناداری وجود داشت و سایر بررسی ها، معنادار نبود.نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که عادات رسانه ای، ارتباط معناداری با اضطراب و ترس در دندانپزشکی در افراد 6 تا 15سال ندارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigation of the Relationship of Media Habits with Anxiety and Fear in Dentistry among People Aged 6 to 15 Years
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Nowadays, most children spend a lot of time on electronic media, which can cause anxiety-related disorders. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship of media habits with anxiety about and fear of dentistry in people aged 6 to 15 years.Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, participants were selected from people referred to Shahid Sadoughi Dental School (Yazd, Iran) aged 6 to 15 years. To measure their anxiety and fear, the Modified Child Dental Anxiety Scale and the Children’s Fear Survey Schedule-Dental Subscale questionnaires were used, respectively. Additionally, a questionnaire was designed to assess the duration of watching TV and playing with a computer, cell phone, or tablet. Finally, the SPSS software (version 17) was utilized to analyze the data.Results: From a total number of 120 participants with a mean age range of 9.31±2.46 years, 39 were boys and 81 were girls. The results of the study pointed the relationship of anxiety and fear with the duration of watching TV and playing with a computer, tablet, or cell phone was not significant. However, there was a significant relationship between the duration of watching TV and the duration of playing with a computer, tablet, or cell phone in girls aged 10 to 15 years, mothers with associate degrees and above, as well as fathers with a diploma or associate degrees. Other findings were not significant.Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that media habits were not significantly associated with anxiety about and fear of dentistry in people aged 6 to 15 years.
