اثربخشی سابیلیمنال افسردگی و تاب‌آوری در زنان دادخواست‌دهنده طلاق با سرپرست خانوار معتاد |

زمینه و هدف:امروزه طلاق یکی از خطرات تهدیدکننده زندگی زناشویی است که به ویژه برای زنان می‌تواند معضلات اجتماعی و روحی فراوانی ایجاد کند و از این نظر باید به آن توجه ویژه داشت. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی سابیلیمنال افسردگی و تاب‌آوری در زنان دادخواست‌دهنده طلاق با سرپرست خانوار معتاد انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری کلیه زنان دادخواست‌کننده طلاقبا سرپرست خانوار معتاد که در نیمه دوم سال 1399 بود که به شعبه‌های مختلف دادگاه خانواده شهر تهران مراجعه کرده بودند. از بین این جامعه آماری، تعداد 30 نفر که دارای شرایط ورود به پژوهش بودند با روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند و بصورتتصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند (هر گروه 15 نفر). هر دو گروه در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون دو بار فرم تجدید نظر شده پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (1991) و پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری کانر و دیویدسون (2003) را تکمیل کردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس (ANCOVA) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها:نتایج نشان داد که رویکرد سابلیمینال موجب کاهش معنادار در نمرات افسردگی و افزایش معنادار در نمرات تاب‌آوری در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شده است (P< 0.01). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج می‌توان گفت که رویکرد سابلیمینال، در کاهش افسردگی و افزایش تاب‌آوری در زنان دادخواست‌دهنده طلاق با سرپرست خانوار معتاد مؤثر است. بنابراین از این رویکرد می‌توان به عنوان یک روش مداخله‌ای مناسب در مراکز روانشناختی و مشاوره برای درمان افسردگی و افزایش تاب‌آوری بهره برد. |

The Effectiveness of Subliminal Approach on Depression and Resilience among Women with Addict Husbands Appealing for Divorce |

Background and Aim: today, divorce is one of the risks threatening marital life which can bring about many psychological and social problems particularly for women, so it should be paid more attention. The present research was conducted by the aim of investigating the effectiveness of the subliminal approach on depression and resilience among women with addict husbands who were appealing for divorce. Method: the present research was conducted by semi-experimental method in which a pretest-posttest with control group design was used. The statistical population of the study included all the women with addict husbands appealing for divorce in the first half of 2020 who were referring to different branches of the family courts of Tehran, Iran. Among the population, 30 women meeting the inclusion criteria of the study were selected through available sampling method, and then, were assigned to two experiment and control groups by random assignment method (15 subject per group). Both groups completed Beck Depression Inventory (1991) and Connor and Davidson's Resilience Scale (2003). The data analysis was conducted by descriptive statistics indices and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Findings: the results showed that the subliminal approach has led to significant reduction in the scores of depression and significant increase in the scores of resilience in the experiment group compared to the control group (P< 0.01). Conclusion: according to the results, it can be said that the subliminal approach is effective on reducing depression and increasing resilience in women with addict husbands who appeal for divorce. Therefore, this approach can be used as an appropriate interventional method to cure depression and increase resilience in psychological and counseling centers. |
