عنوان فارسی واکاوی تعاملات سازنده در زوجین سازگار شهر یاسوج ( مطالعه کیفی )
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: سازگاری زناشویی یکی از مهمترین عوامل در تعیین ثبات و دوام رابطه زناشویی است. لذا این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی علل تعاملات سازنده  در زوجین سازگار انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش به شیوه کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد.روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بود و مصاحبه‌ها تا حد اشباع ادامه یافت. برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده گردید و با 16 زوج متاهل که حداقل 7سال از ازدواج آنان گذشته بود مصاحبه انجام شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار  MAXQDR 2018استفاده شده است. یافته ها: پس از تحلیل محتوای داده ها شش مقوله اصلی حاصل گردیدکه به ترتیب اهمیت عبارت بودند از مهارت‌های ارتباطی(حفظ مرزها، مهارت گفتگو، ارتباط کلامی و غیرکلامی). ارزنده سازی(خود ارزشمندی،تفکرخوب بودن،پذیرش دیگران). نفوذپذیری(توافق،مدارا کردن، انعطاف پذیری). هدفمندی(آینده نگری،اهداف مشترک). حمایت کردن(خدمات رسانی، هماهنگی). مهارت تصمیم گیری(تصمیم گیری مشارکتی، مشورت کردن).

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the causes of marital adjustment in couple interactions in Yasuj (qualitative study)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: Marital adjustment is one of the most important factors in determining the stability and durability of the marital relationship. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the causes of constructive interactions in compatible couples in Yasuj. Method: This research was conducted qualitatively using thematic analysis method. The sampling method was purposeful and the interviews continued until saturation. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 16 married couples who had been married for at least 7 years.  Results: MAXQDR 2018 software was used to analyze the content of the data. In the initial coding stage, 102 sub-categories, in the second stage, 15 main categories and finally 6 central categories were obtained. Central categories of importance were communication skills (border guarding, conversational skills, verbal and non-verbal communication), respectively. Valuation (self-worth, good thinking, acceptance of others). Permeability (agreement, tolerance, flexibility). Purposefulness (foresight, common goals). Support (service, coordination). Decision making skills (participatory decision making, consulting). Conclusion: As a result, it seems that constructive interactions in marital adjustment are a function of skills that are created during life.
