عنوان فارسی ارزیابی برنامه آموزشی داوطلبان سلامت و خانوارهای تحت پوشش نقاط شهری شهرستان ممسنی طبق الگوی کرک پاتریک در سال ۱۳۹۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف: تغییر، اصلاح و ارزیابی برنامه های آموزشی با گذر زمان، امری اجتناب ناپذیر و الزامیست. با توجه به نقش مهم آموزش و لزوم کاربرد روشهای ارزیابی موثر و چند وجهی، این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی دوره های آموزشی داوطلبان سلامت  طبق مدل کرک پاتریک انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، به روی 102 داوطلب سلامت از مراکز سلامت شهری شهرستان ممسنی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای دو بخشی شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک و بررسی سطوح واکنش، یادگیری، عملکرد و نتایج دوره های آموزشی اجرا شده جهت داوطلبان سلامت و خانوارهای تحت پوشش بود. داده ها توسط  SPSS، نسخه 25 تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: سطح مطلوبیت آموزش ارائه شده، با استفاده از محاسبه میانگین نمراتِ میزان مطلوبیتِ چهار سطح محاسبه گردید.در سطح اول الگوی کرک پاتریک، اکثر داوطلبان و خانوارهای تحت پوشش از شرکت در دوره های آموزشی رضایت داشتند. در سطح دوم، دانش آنها بطور معناداری افزایش یافت(P=0.01). میانگین نمره در حوزه رفتار و عملکردِ داوطلبان 74/41% و خانوارهای تحت پوشش 74/44% بود. در حوزه نتایج حاصله از آموزش نیز میانگین نمره داوطلبان سلامت 49/99% و خانوارهای تحت پوشش 49/96% بود که حاکی از نقش موثر  آموزش و اثربخشی ارزیابی داشت. نتیجه گیری: ارزیابی برنامه آموزشی داوطلبان سلامت و خانوارهای تحت پوشش، حاکی از تأثیر مثبت آموزش ارائه شده جهت نیل به اهداف برنامه و اثربخشی آن بوده است. با توجه به کاربردی بودن  برنامه داوطلبان سلامت و قابلیت اجرای آن در تمام سطوح جامعه، استفاده از الگویی چندوجهی مانند کرک پاتریک برای ارزیابی این برنامه و نیز سایر برنامه های آموزشی سیستم بهداشتی درمانی توصیه می گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of training program of health volunteers and covered households of urban areas of Mamasani city using Kirk Patrick model at 2020
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction& Purpose: The Changing, modifying and evaluating of educational programs over time is inevitable and necessary. Due to the important role of education and the need to use effective and multifaceted evaluation methods, this study was conducted to evaluate the training courses of health volunteers according to the Kirk Patrick model. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was performed on 102 health volunteers from urban health centers in Mamasani city. The data collection tool was a two-part questionnaire including demographic characteristics and evaluation of reaction levels, learning, performance, and results of training courses conducted for health volunteers and Covered Households. SPSS, version 25, analyzed data. Results: The level of desirability of the provided education was calculated by calculating the average scores of the desirability of the four levels. In the first level of the Kirk Patrick model, most of the volunteers and covered families were satisfied with participating in the training courses. At the second level, their knowledge increased significantly (P = 0.01). The average score in the field of behavior and performance of volunteers was 74.41% and it was 74.44% in covered households. In the field of training results, the average score of health volunteers was 49.99% and it was 49.96% in covered households, which indicated the effective role of training and evaluation effectiveness. Conclusion: Evaluation of the educational program for health volunteers and covered households indicates the positive effect of the training provided to achieve the goals of the program and its effectiveness. Due to the applicability of the health volunteer program and its ability to be implemented at all levels of society, the use of a multidimensional model such as Kirk Patrick to evaluate this program and other educational programs of the health care system is recommended.
