عنوان فارسی شناسایی و تعیین کاربرد اثر بخش فنون الویت دار آماری در چارچوب نظام مدیریت کیفیت در سازمان صنایع دفاع
چکیده فارسی مقاله به طور کلی، استاندارد کردن سیستم ها و فرآیندهای تولیدی در چارچوب یک نظام مدیریت کیفیت از اهداف کلیدی سازمان صنایع دفاع است که مهمترین جنبه آن اجرای بهینه این نظام ها است. نکته حائز اهمیت برای تحقق این بهینه سازی از دیدگاه استاندارد 9001 ISO، پوشش دادن به چهار عامل اصلی:1- رضایت مشتری2- تولید محصول منطبق3- ویژگی ها و روند فرآیندها و محصولات4- موضوع تأمین کنندگان، است. در این تحقیق دو هدف اصلی وجود دارد: نخست عارضه یابی میزان بهره مندی از فنون آماری و سپس شناسایی و تعیین کاربرد اثربخش فنون الویت دار آماری برای تجزیه و تحلیل شاخص های مهم چهار موضوع استراتژیک فوق در سطح سازمان. هسته اصلی تحقیق در این پژوهش، در نظر گیری بند 8-1 استاندارد بین المللی 9001:2008ISO و متعاقب آن ارائه یک الگوی کاربردی تفصیلی است که موضوعات اصلی نظام های مدیریت کیفیت را در بند 8-4 همین استاندارد، به شاخص های کمی و عینی تفکیک نموده و برای این شاخص ها، فنون آماری استاندارد 10017:2003ISO را، پیشنهاد می کند. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده توصیفی پیمایشی بوده و پس از طراحی چارچوب مفهومی تحقیق با نظر استادان دانشگاهی و مشاوران صنعتی و خبرگان و سرممیزان مرکز استاندارد دفاعی ایران، از طریق پرسشنامه نظرات خبرگان سازمان در مورد اهمیت و وضعیت بکارگیری فنون آماری در سطح سازمان دریافت و تحلیل گردید. بر مبنای تحلیل نتایج حاصل از داده های آماری، مشخص می شود که از نظر کارشناسان و مدیران سازمان مذکور، تکنیک های1- نمودارهای پارتو2- نمودارهای هیستوگرام3- تجزیه و تحلیل قابلیت فرآیند4- نمودارهای کنترل آماری فرآیند، دارای بیشترین الویت برای تجزیه و تحلیل شاخص های موضوعات مرتبط می باشند. در این پژوهش، ضمن یک عارضه یابی عمومی برای سازمان مذکور، عوامل مهم برای تحقق بهره مندی بیشتر، به این شرح اعلام شده اند: 1- برنامه ریزی و اجرای آموزشی قوی 2- ایجاد فرهنگ مناسب در سازمان3- حمایت کافی مدیریت ارشد 4- تخصیص منابع مالی و کافی در سازمان5- بکارگیری یک سیستم اطلاعاتی و پردازش قوی و مناسب6- بهره مندی از فنون آماری توسط یک واحد مستقل7- تهیه، تدوین و اجرای استراتژی بلندت مدت.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification and Determination of Effective Application of Statistical Prioritize Techniques in Quality Management System in Defense Industries Organization
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In general, standardization of the systems and manufacturing processes in pattern of quality management system is a key objective in the industry organizations in defense, so that the most important aspect of this is optimal implementation of the system. For optimizing the implementation of the standard ISO9001, It's important to cover four main factors: 1-Customer Satisfaction, 2-Conformity to product requirement, 3-Characteristics and trends of processes and products, 4- Suppliers Subject. In this study, there are two main purposes: 1-Assesment of amount of implementation of statistical techniques. 2-Identification and determination of effectiveness application of statistical prioritize techniques in organization for analysing in four strategic issues. In this research, we use library studies and audit reports of Iran's defense standard center furthermore exploratory survey and interviews with academic and industry experts. In this study, a model designed to applying statistical techniques for the effective implementation of quality management systems. The core of the study is to present a theory quality framework based on the 1-8 in ISO9001:2008. Then an applied, comprehensive pattern is presented in which the main topics of quality management system confirmed in paragraph 4-8 of the above standard are divided into quantitative and subjective indices. The statistical techniques of ISO10017:2003 will be offered for them, in each step, we will present analytical conclusions based on the data found. The research method used was a descriptive survey design and conceptual framework of the research with academic and industry experts, consultants, and auditors in Iran's defense standard center, through the questionnaire, the experts' opinions on the importance and status were analyzed with using statistical techniques. On the basis of the results of the data analysis, it reveals that the experts and managers of the organization stated the following techniques are important: 1-Pareto charts 2-Histograms 3-Process capability analysis 4-Statistical process control charts Also by assessing of implementation of statistical techniques in the defense industry, the following factors for effective implementation of them are determined: 1-Planning and implementing of training for staff 2-Creating the right and dynamic culture in organization 3-Commitement and support of the organization's senior management 4-Allocation of funds in organization 5-Deployment of a robust and proper process and structures 6-The implementation of statistical techniques by an independent unit 7-Prepare, develop and implement your long-term strategy for the use of statistical techniques in order to optimize quality.
