عنوان فارسی بررسی موانع و فرصت‌های توسعه آموزش الکترونیکی در دانشگاه‌های افسری آجا مطالعه موردی دانشگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم الانبیاء(ص)
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این برهه زمانی که کلیه کشورهای دنیا و از جمله ایران دچار همه‌گیری بیماری کووید 19 گردیده‌اند و کلیه مراکز آموزشی و فرهنگی در کشور به حالت تعطیل و یا نیمه تعطیل درآمده‌اند، نظام آموزشی کشور در تلاش است تا اجرای آموزش ها در سطوح مختلف تحصیلی را در فضای مجازی(آموزش الکترونیکی) اجرایی نماید تا خللی در امورات کشور در حوزه آموزش بوجود نیاید.هم‌گام با این تغییرات آموزش و تربیت افسران نیروهای مسلح نیز بایستی با توسعه آموزش الکترونیکی در سطح دانشگاه های افسری اجا در برنامه‌ها و اولویت‌های کاری ارتش و نیروهای مسلح قرار گیرد. در این پژوهش سعی شده فرصت‌ها و موانع توسعه آموزش الکترونیکی دانشگاه‌های افسرس آجا با مطالعه بروی پدافند هوایی خاتم‌الانبیاء (ص) بر اساس اسناد، مدارک و تحلیل عقلایی و تجربیات خبرگان این حوزه بر اساس روش علمی کسب گردد تا زمینه‌ساز توسعه این آموزش ها در نیروهای مسلح شود.پژوهش‌گر، جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه اساتید هیات علمی، هیئت خبره سامانه آموزش ستاد و دانشگاه پدافند هوایی خاتم الانبیاء(ص) در حدود تقریبی 220 نفر محاسبه و اندازه جامعه‌ی نمونه با استفاده از جدول تعیین اندازه نمونه(کرجسی و مورگان؛ 1979) 149 نفر به دست آمد و سپس با روش آمیخته در قالب تحلیل کمی وکیفی به تحلیل مطالب پرداخته شد. روایی و پایایی ابزار گرداوری و پرسشنامه بر اساس الفای کرونباخ محاسبه و عدد 0.89 محاسبه گردید که نشان از پایایی مناسب پرسش‌نامه مورد استفاده در پژوهش دارد. نتایج این تحقیق مؤید این واقعیت است، فرصت‌های کاهش هزینه های ساخت و نگهداشت ابنیه آموزشی، کاهش هزینه‌های جاری پرسنلی آموزش، کاهش هزینه های تجهیزات آموزشی و کمک آموزشی، عدم امکان دخل و تصرف در متون و مطالب آموزشی و همچنین امکان استفاده از اساتید مجرب در تخصص‌های گوناگون مهم‌ترین عوامل و فرصت‌ها موجود در بهره برداری از این گونه آموزش ها در دانشگاه هستند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating Barriers and Opportunities for the Development of E-Learning in AJA Officer Universities; A Case Study of Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University (PBUH)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Nowadays, all countries in the world, including Iran, have been grappling with the epidemic of Covid-19 and all educational and cultural centers in the country have been closed or semi-closed. Therefore, the country's educational system is trying to use cyberspace (e-learning) for different levels of study, so as not to disrupt the country's affairs in the field of education. Along with these changes, the training and education of officers of the Armed Forces should also be included in the programs and priorities of the Army and the Armed Forces with the development of e-learning at the level of AJA officer universities. This study has tried to obtain the opportunities and obstacles for the development of e-learning at AJA officer universities by studying the air defense university of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) according to documents, evidence and rational analysis and the experiences of experts in this field based on scientific methods. The statistical population of the study includes all faculty members, the expert staff of the training system of the headquarters, and Khatam al-Anbia University of Air Defense which was about 220 people, and 149 people were selected as the sample population using the sample size table. The content was analyzed by mixed method in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The validity and reliability of the instruments and the questionnaire were calculated based on Cronbach's alpha. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.89 which indicated the appropriate reliability of the questionnaire used in the study. The findings of this study confirm the potential opportunities for reducing the cost of construction and maintenance of educational buildings, reducing the current costs of training personnel, reducing the costs of training equipment, avoiding exploiting educational content, and the possibility of using professional teachers in different fields. On the other hand, there were 37 factors in credential indicators, internet, means of communication, workforce skills, organizational rules and regulations, organizational system, public and personal electronic equipment, educational support, and lesson plans were identified as the main barriers for developing e-learning education in Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University.
