تحلیل تغییرات حاصل از برهم کنش شیوع کرونا و نظامهای آموزش سازمانی |

چکیده مقدمه: روند تحولات جهانی از زمان شیوع بحران کرونا وارد مراحل جدیدی شده و نظامهای آموزشی را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل تأثیرات بحران کرونا بر وضعیت نظامهای آموزشی به این سؤال مهم که بر هم‌کنش شیوع کرونا و نظامهای آموزش سازمانی در تحولات ناشی از بحران کرونا چگونه است پاسخ می‌دهد. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مروری است که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش مطالعات اسنادی، روند آموزش‌های سازمانی در سال 2020 و پس از آن با توجه به شیوع بحران کرونا تحلیل لازم انجام گرفته است. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها و فهم تغییرات نوظهور حاصل از بر هم‌کنش نظامهای آموزش سازمانی و شیوع کرونا از مدل مفهومی STEEPV استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بحران کرونا بر ابعاد اجتماعی، فناورانه، اقتصادی، زیست محیطی، سیاسی و ارزشی نظامهای آموزش سازمانی تأثیراتی بر جای گذاشته و عملکرد‌های آموزشی را عمیقاً تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش، نابسندگی دانش کنونی و ناتوانی ساختارهای موجود را در مواجهه با تهدیدهای نوین نشان داد و کنشگران آموزشی را با این واقعیت که وضع کرونایی و پساکرونایی آموزش را با همان انگاره‌های پیشاکرونایی نه می‌توان دید و نه می‌توان فهمید روبرو کرد. اگرچه ممکن است هنوز برای نظامهای آموزش زود باشد، اما به مرور ناگزیر از تفکر جدّی درباره آموزش پساکرونا و تحول سازوکارها، نقش‌ها و فرآوردهای آن از جمله دگرگونی در فرایندهای آموزشی خواهند شد. |

Abstract Introduction: Introduction: The trend of global developments from the time of outbreaking Corona crisis has entered new stages and it has been affected the educational systems. The aim of the present study is to analyze the effects of the corona crisis on the status of educational systems. Methods: This review article is a descriptive-analytical research. According to the prevalence of coronary crisis, the trend of organizational training in 2020 and the following years has been analyzed using the method of documentary studies. The STEEPV conceptual model has been used in order to analyze the data and understand the emerging changes resulting from the interaction of organizational training systems and the prevalence of coronation. Results: The results showed that the corona crisis has affected the social, technological, economic, environmental, political and value dimensions of organizational education systems and It has profoundly affected educational practices. Conclusion: The research findings showed the lack of current knowledge and the inability of existing structures to face new threats. Moreover, educators faced with the fact that the coronary and post-coronary status of education cannot be seen with the same preconceived notions. Although it may still be too early for education systems, serious thinking about post-corona education and the evolution of its mechanisms, maps, and products will inevitably lead to changes in educational processes. |
