عنوان فارسی تحلیل الگوی رشد کالبدی- فضایی شهرها از طریق آمار فضایی در محیط سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (مطالعه موردی: شهر گرگان)
چکیده فارسی مقاله  برنامه­ریزی شهری از گذشته تا به امروز بیشتر بر اساس توجه به عوامل کالبدی پیش رفته است­ تا جایی که اساس برنامه­ها و طرح­های شهرسازی و برنامه­های شهری را عمران شهر و فضاهای کالبدی­, تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است­. شهر محصول روابط و مناسبات پیچیده اقتصادی و اجتماعی است و ناهمگونی­های فضایی آن بازتاب فرایندهای در هم بافته فرهنگی­– اجتماعی و سیاسی– اقتصادی در طی تاریخ در بستر طبیعت بوده است­. شناخت الگوی رشد فضایی شهرهای اصلی مناطق و کشورها، برای تدوین سیاست­های مناسب و دستیابی به توسعه پایدار امری اساسی است. دستیابی به این مهم نیز نیازمند استفاده از روش­ها و ابزارهای مناسب و پیشرفته می­باشد. این مقاله باهدف مطالعه رشد و توسعه فضایی شهر گرگان با استفاده از مدل‌های تحلیل فضایی و تکنیک‌های مربوط به خودهمبستگی فضایی با استفاده از GIS نگارش یافته است. بر این اساس به‌منظور تحلیل توسعه فضایی شهر گرگان فرضیه پژوهشی مطرح شد و به روش توصیفی­–تحلیلی ارزیابی شد. بر این اساس از روش‌های مختلف آمار فضایی و تکنیک­های خودهمبستگی فضایی ازجمله تحلیل خوشه‌بندی، ضرایب موران و گری، G عمومی، تحلیل لکه­های داغ استفاده‌شده است­. نتایج نشان می­دهد که شهر گرگان، الگوی رشد تصادفی متمایل به خوشه‌ای را با شکل‌گیری دو لکه داغ در بخش جنوب و شرق شهر و یک لکه سرد در بخش شمال تجربه نموده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Pattern Analysis of City-Spatial Growth by Spatial Statistics (Case Study: Gorgan City)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله     Urban planning has gone from the past to the present day to a greater extent based on physical factors, to the extent that the basis of urban planning plans and urban plans influenced urban development and physical spaces. It's The city is the product of complex economic and social relations and its spatial heterogeneity reflects the processes of widespread socio-economic-cultural-social life in the context of nature in history. Understanding the pattern of spatial development in the major cities of the regions and countries is essential for the formulation of appropriate policies and the achievement of sustainable development. Achieving this also requires the use of appropriate and advanced methods and tools. This article was written with the aim of studying the spatial growth and development of Gorgan city using spatial analysis models and spatial correlation techniques using GIS. Accordingly, in order to analyze the spatial development of Gorgan, a research hypothesis was presented and analyzed through descriptive-analytical method. Accordingly, various spatial statistics and spatial correlation techniques, including cluster analysis, Moran and Gray coefficients, General G, hot spots analysis, have been used. The results show that Gorgan has experienced a cluster-dominated randomized growth pattern with the formation of two hot spots in the southern and eastern part of the city and a cold lake in the northern part.
