ارتباط انگیزش تحصیلی با فرسودگی تحصیلی و وضعیت تحصیلی در دانشجویان |

مقدمه: از آنجایی که فرسودگی تحصیلی از مهمترین مباحث قابل پژوهش در دانشگاهها است، شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن بسیار حائز اهمیت است. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارتباط انگیزش تحصیلی با فرسودگی و وضعیت تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علومپزشکی قم انجام شد. روشها: در این پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی در سال 1396، نمونهای شامل 261 دانشجو به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبتی بر حسب جنسیت انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه انگیزش تحصیلی Vallerand و همکاران و فرسودگی تحصیلیBerso و همکاران جمعآوری شد. پایایی پرسشنامهها به ترتیب از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 91/0 و 90/0 به دست آمد. یافته ها: بین نمره کل انگیزش تحصیلی و خردهمقیاس(انگیزش درونی و بیرونی) با فرسودگی تحصیلی و تمام ابعاد آن رابطه منفی و معناداری و بین بی انگیزگی با فرسودگی تحصیلی و تمام ابعاد آن رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت. همچنین بین انگیزش درونی با وضعیت تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری و بین بی‌انگیزگی با وضعیت تحصیلی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود داشت. همچنین بین انگیزش و فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان علاقمند و بیعلاقه به رشته تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. در نهایت، نتایج نشان داد که تنها فرسودگی تحصیلی به شکل منفی و معناداری پیش بینی کننده انگیزش تحصیلی هستند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که بهبود و افزایش انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان میتواند موجب کنترل فرسودگی تحصیلی آن‌ها گردد، لذا در همین راستا توصیه می شود انگیزش تحصیلی را از سنین کم در افراد تقویت کرد. همچنین مدیران آموزشی در برنامه ریزیهای آموزشی، به فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان و افزایش انگیزش و علاقه آنان به تحصیل توجه نمایند. |

The Relationship between, Academic Motivation with Academic Burnout and Academic Achievement in Students |

Introduction: Educational burnout is one the most important experimentalfields in universities and finding the effective factors on them is really important. The aim of the present research is to investigate the relationship between academic motivation with academic burnout and academic status among students in Qom University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this descriptive- correlation study, 261 students were selected from Qom University of Medical Sciences through through stratified random sampling method with considering gender from schools of six. Data were collected through two questionnaires on Academic Motivation of Vallerand et al and academic burnout of Berso et al. Results: There was a significant negative relationship between the total score of academic motivation and its subscales (intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation) with academic burnout and and all its, subscale, significant Positive relationship between Motiveless with academic burnout. Also, the score subscale intrinsic motivation had a significant positive relationship with academic achievement and the score subscale motiveless had a significant Negative relationship with academic achievement. But there was no significant relationship between extrinsic motivation score with academic achievement. Finally results of multiple regression analysis revealed that Only Academic Burnout predicted academic motivation significantly. Conclusion: Results showed that improve and increase academic motivation of students can reducing their academic burnout, Therefore, it is recommended to reinforce academic motivation at a young age.Also, engagement and performance, and educational managers in universities of medical sciences should pay attention to academic burnout in students and increase their motivation and interest in education. |
