عنوان فارسی شناسایی و اعتبارسنجی شاخص‌های ارزیابی کیفیت نمایه‌های تخصصی در حوزه‌های موضوعی علوم پایه، مهندسی، کشاورزی، علوم انسانی، علوم پزشکی و هنر
چکیده فارسی مقاله این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های ارزیابی کیفیت نمایه‌های تخصصی معتبر در شش حوزه موضوعی فنی و مهندسی، علوم کشاورزی، علوم انسانی، علوم پایه، پزشکی و هنر انجام شده است. برای شناسایی شاخص‌ها، ابتدا مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای جامعی بر متون صورت پذیرفت و شاخص‌های مرتبط شناسایی شد. سپس، این شاخص‌ها به دو گروه شاخص‌های مربوط به ارزیابی کیفیت نمایه‌های تخصصی "چاپی" و "الکترونیکی" تقسیم شد. در مجموع 46 شاخص برای ارزیابی کیفیت نمایه-های تخصصی چاپی و 91 شاخص برای ارزیابی کیفیت نمایه‌های تخصصی الکترونیکی به‌دست آمد که برخی از این شاخص‌ها در هر دو شکل نمایه‌ها (چاپی و الکترونیکی) مشترک بود. سپس با مطالعه متون و بهره‌گیری از نظرات صاحبنظران، ابعاد و قابلیت‌های هر یک از این شاخص‌ها شناسایی شد. پس از شناسایی این ابعاد، کلیه شاخص‌‌ها با توجه به ابعاد و قابلیت‌هایشان در طبقات جداگانه‌ای قرار گرفت و از شاخص‌های شناسایی شده، پرسشنامه‌هایی تدوین شد و جهت اولویت‌بندی بر اساس میزان اهمیت، در اختیار تعدادی از افراد در هر یک از حوزه‌های موضوعی شش‌گانه قرار گرفت. نتایج این پیمایش به صورت جداول و نمودار ارائه شد. بررسی‌ها نتایج نشان داد، بین امتیازاتی که به وسیله صاحب‌نظرانِ شش حوزه‌ موضوعی فنی و مهندسی، علوم کشاورزی، علوم انسانی، علوم پایه، پزشکی و هنر در خصوص میزان اعتبار شاخص‌های ارزیابی کیفیت نمایه‌های تخصّصی "چاپی" و "الکترونیکی" داده شده, تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. این در حالی است که بین نظرات این شش گروه صاحب‌نظران در خصوص میزان اهمیّت شاخص‌های ارزیابی کیفیت نمایه‌های تخصّصی چاپی و الکترونیکی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present study has been done to identifying and prioritizing of evaluation indicators of specialty indexes quality in six subject areas of technical and engineering, agricultural sciences, humanities, basic sciences, medicine and art. for Identifying indicators was performed comprehensive library studies on the most of print and electronic texts that was exist in the indexes Subject List, and identified indicators that there were related to evaluation of specialty indexes quality. These indicators divided to the two groups of indicators related to evaluation of print specialty indexes quality and indicators related to evaluation of electronic specialty indexes quality. In total were 46 indicators for evaluating the quality of print specialty indexes and 91 indicators for evaluation of quality electronic specialty indexes that some of these indicators were common in both of the Indexes form (print and electronic). Then dimensions and features that each of these indicators included during the evaluation of the indexes were identified by of study texts and take comments of experts. After The identification of this dimension, all of the indicators classified in separate classes. Thus, the total 46 evaluation indicators of print specialty indexes quality classified in 7 groups and total 91 evaluation indicators of electronic specialty indexes quality classified in 8 groups. Questionnaires were created by the indicators identified and for prioritizing criteria based on its important given some of people in each subject areas. The results of this survey were presented by the tables and graphs. Review the results points that there is not significant difference between amount of credit that has been give by the subject professionals of six subject areas of technical and engineering, agricultural sciences, humanities, basic sciences, medicine and art on evaluation indicators of print and electronic specialty indexes quality. Also, among the subject professionals of six subject areas of technical and engineering, agricultural sciences, humanities, basic sciences, medicine and art there is significant difference related to amount of importance of evaluation indicators of print and electronic specialty indexes quality.
