عنوان فارسی تاملی بر دو نظریه دولت و ولایت بر اساس چارچوب فهم نظریات سیاسی اسپریگنز
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این پژوهش دو نظریه دولت مطلقه هابز و دولت برآمده از نظریه ولایت مطلقه فقیه در چارچوب بررسی و فهم نظریات سیاسی توماس اسپریگنز مطابقت و با تکیه بر حقوق متقابل دولت و شهروندان بررسی شده است. یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهد که جدای از قرابت لفظی میان دو اصطلاح دولت مطلقه و ولایت مطلقه و وجود برخی از مشابهت‌ها در ضرورت وجودی و کارکردهای دولت، تفاوت‌های جدی هم در مبانی و معانی و هم در ویژگی‌ها و کارکردهای دولت، میان نظریه‌های یاد شده وجود دارد. دولت مورد نظر هابز به اصولی همچون حاکمیت مردمی، حاکمیت قانون، نظارت‌پذیری و مشارکت شهروندان در حاکمیت، چندان پایبند نیست درحالی‌که تأمل در نظریه ولایت مطلقه، عدم مغایرت این نظریه با اصول پیش‌گفته را نشان می‌دهد. این پژوهش به شیوه تحلیلی ـ توصیفی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای صورت گرفته است.

عنوان انگلیسی A Reflection on the Two Theories of Government and Vilayat, Guardianship, Based on the Framework of Understanding Spragens' Political Theories
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this study, the two theories of Hobbes' Absolute State and the State derived from the theory of Absolute Guardianship of faqih are examined by the framework in which the political theories of Thomas Spriggens are examined and understood and relying on the mutual rights of government and citizens. The findings of the article show that apart from the verbal similarity between the two terms absolute government and absolute sovereignty and the existence of some similarities in the necessity of existence and functions of government, there are serious differences both in principles and meanings and in the characteristics and functions of government. The Hobbesian government does not adhere to principles such as popular sovereignty, the rule of law, oversight, and citizen participation in governance, while reflection on the theory of absolute sovereignty shows that it does not contradict the aforementioned principles. This research has been done in an analytical-descriptive way and using library resources.
