عنوان فارسی فلسفه بیانیه گام دوم با تأکید بر مقاصد بین‌المللی انقلاب اسلامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله فلسفه بیانیه گام دوم چیستی، چرایی و چگونگی بیانیه را تبیین می‌نماید. پیرو چنین برداشتی، مقاله حاضر سعی دارد، با تمرکز بر ابعاد برون مرزی بیانیه، به تشریح ماهیت بین‌المللی بیانیه بپردازد و سوگیری بیانیه نسبت به مقاصد بین‌المللی انقلاب اسلامی را آشکار سازد. در این تحقیق از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی با رویکرد اکتشافی ـ استنتاجی استفاده شده است. مقاله درصدد است بر اساس فرازها و واژگان اساسی بیانیه و سایر بیانات مقام معظم رهبری، به‌مثابه اسناد بالادستی نظام جمهوری اسلامی و احیاناً نمونه شواهدی که نشان از تأثیر چشم‌گیر امواج انقلاب اسلامی بر جوامع اسلامی و غربی دارند، تجزیه و تحلیل روشنی از بیانیه با تمرکز بر مقاصد بین‌المللی ارائه نماید. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که انقلاب اسلامی در گام دوم در سطح بین‌المللی فراتر از مرزهای جغرافیایی ایران، به اقتدار و تعیین عمق استراتژیک خود نزدیک‌تر می‌شود تا زمینه را برای برپایی تمدن بزرگ اسلامی بیش از پیش فراهم آورد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Philosophical Explanation of the statement of the second step with an emphasis on the international goals of the Islamic Revolution
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The philosophy of the second step explains the what, the why and the how of the statement. Such being the case, the present article tries to explain the international nature of the statement by focusing on the extra boundary dimensions of the statement and to reveal the bias of the statement towards the international goals of the Islamic Revolution. In this research, a descriptive-analytical method with an exploratory-inferential approach has been used. Based on the phrases and key words of the statement and other statements of the Supreme Leader, as an upstream document of the Islamic Republic and possibly a sample of evidence that shows the significant impact of the waves of the Islamic Revolution on Islamic and Western societies, the article seeks to give a clear analysis of the statement with Focus on international goals. Findings indicate that the Islamic Revolution in the second step at the international level beyond the geographical borders of Iran, closer to its authority and strategic depth to provide the ground for the establishment of a great Islamic civilization more than before.
