عنوان فارسی تصنیف ودراسه العوامل المؤثّره فی مستقبل الإصلاحات فی السعودیه فی ضوء رؤیه ۲۰۳۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله یعتقد الخبراء أنّ الإصلاحات فی المملکه العربیه السعودیه بدأت منذ عام 1991م وذلک بعد توفر الأسباب وظهور عوامل تصب فی هذا المسیر وهو ما یجعل من الضروری إطلاق مصطلح "المسار" علی تلک الإصلاحات والتحولات فی سیاسه السعودیه. ویصبح مستقبل الإصلاحات فی السعودیه فی ضوء رؤیه 2030م متأثّراً کذلک بشکل مباشر من عدّه عوامل ودوافع. لهذا قامت هذه الدراسه لتحدید الإجابه عن ماهیه تلک الأسباب والدوافع المؤثره فی إصلاحات السعودیه فی رؤیه 2030م، وکیف یمکن تصنیف هذه الأسباب ودراستها؟ وکذلک ما هی العلاقه بین هذه العوامل وبین الإصلاحات هناک؟ وللإجابه عن هذه الأسئله قمنا باستخراج 16 عاملاً وقمنا بتقییم نسبه الأهمّیّه وعدم جزمیه العوامل فی تقنیه دلفی. وباعتماد آلیه ماتریس ویلسون قمنا بتحدید العوامل الرئیسه والهامه لسیناریوهات، کما قمنا ومن خلال مقابلات مع 17 شخصا من الخبراء فی هذا المجال بدراسه العلاقه لکل من هذه العوامل مع مستقبل الإصلاحات فی السعودیه. أظهرت بیانات البحث أن عوامل "مطالب وضغوط الغرب"، و"جهود شرعنه السلطه والحکم"، و"نزاع النخب السیاسیه"، و"التنافس الإقلیمی للسعودیه"، هی العوامل الرئیسه والهامه فی مستقبل الإصلاحات السعودیه. اعتمدت الدراسه علی المنهج التوصیفی – التبینی والتحلیلی وطریقه جمع البیانات هی الطریقه المکتبیه والمقابلات الترکیبیه مع الخبراء والمتخصصین.

عنوان انگلیسی Ranking and Evaluating Effective Propellants of Saudi Arabia’s Future Reforms under Vision 2030
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله According to experts, reforms in Saudi Arabia since 1991 have been significant and ongoing due to their specific course and direction, as well as the presence of supporting forces that make it necessary to refer it as a "trend". The Future Reforms in the kingdom under Vision 2030 will also be directly affected by such forces. As such, the main questions in this article are: What are the important and influential propellants of Saudi Vision 2030? What is the ranking of these propellants and their relationship with reforms? To respond to these questions, 16 drivers were extracted and their importance and uncertainty were determined in the Delphi stage. Subsequently, with the help of Wilson Matrix, key and important drivers of the scenario were identified and by interviewing 17 experts, the relevance of each of these drivers for the future of reform in the country was determined. The findings show that the drivers such as "western demands and pressures ", "efforts to legitimize governance", "Saudi regional competitions" and "conflict of political elites" are important for future Saudi reforms. The research method applied in this study is descriptive-explanatory and analytical and data gathering is based on library and combined interviews with experts.
