عنوان فارسی واکاوی رفتار اطلاع‌یابی درمانگران در تشخیص و درمان اختلال‌های روانی بر پایه مدل فراگرد جست‌وجوی اطلاعات کولثاو
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: افراد تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلف، از شیوه‌ها و روش‌های گوناگون برای کسب اطلاعات بهره می‌جویند و رفتارهای اطلاع‌یابی متفاوتی را از خود بروز می‌دهند. این رفتارها در قالب الگوها و مدل‌های اطلاع‌یابی از طرف صاحب‌نظران علم اطلاعات در چند دهه اخیر، مطرح‌شده است که می‌توانند در حوزه‌های مختلفی مورداستفاده قرار گیرند. یکی از این حوزه‌ها که تقریباً تمامی افراد به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم با آن درگیر هستند، حوزه درمان و پزشکی است. روش پژوهش: این مقاله با روش شبه‌آزمایشی به واکاوی رفتار اطلاع‌یابی درمانگران حوزه سلامت روان در فراگرد تشخیص و درمان اختلالات روانی بر پایه مدل‌ فراگرد جست‏وجوی اطلاعات کولثاو پرداخته است. جامعه این پژوهش را روانشناسان و روان‌پزشکان با بیش از دو سال سابقه درمان تشکیل می‌دهند. نمونه انتخابی از این گروه نیز شامل 30 نفر از درمانگرانی است که به‌روش نمونه‌گیری ساده در جریان یک مسابقه با عنوان درمانگر برتر از طریق فراخوان عمومی وارد ‌شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که توالی حرکت درمانگران مطابق نظر کولثاو بوده و آن‌ها حرکتی تکرارشونده را در فرایند تشخیص و درمان انجام می‌دهند اما میزان حضور درمانگران (زمان سپری‌شده) در مراحل مختلف با مدل مدنظر کولثاو متفاوت است. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد متغیرهایی مانند سابقه درمان، رشته تحصیلی، و جنسیت می‌تواند در رفتار اطلاع‌یابی درمانگران اثرگذار باشند. از طرفی وجود رابطه بین رفتار اطلاع‌یابی درمانگران و متغیرهایی مانند سواد اطلاعاتی، اضطراب حالت و صفت، دانش تخصصی و ارزیابی درمانگران از خود، معنادار ارزیابی شد. نتیجه‌گیری:  رفتار اطلاعاتی‌ که یک متخصص درمان در فراگرد درمانی خود انجام می‌دهد، را می‌توان با توجه به مدل کولثاو تحلیل کرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Analysis of the Therapists’ Information Behavior in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders based on Kuhlthau's information retrieval process model
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: Under the influence of various factors, people use different methods and methods to obtain information and express different information behaviors. These behaviors have been introduced in the form of patterns and models of information retrieval by information science experts in recent decades, which can be used in various fields. One of these areas that almost all people are directly or indirectly involved in is the field of treatment and medicine.    Methods: This paper whit quasi-experimental examines the Analysis of information behavior of psychotherapists in the process of diagnosing and treating mental disorders based on the Kuhlthau information search process model. The population of this study is psychologists and psychiatrists with more than two years of treatment history. The sample selected from this group also includes 30 therapists who entered the competition through a public call as a top therapist using a simple sampling method.  Results: The findings show that the sequence of therapists' movements is in accordance with Kuhlthau's opinion and they perform a repetitive movement in the diagnosis and treatment process, but the level of presence of therapists (time spent) differs at different stages from the model considered by Kuhlthau. The findings also showed that variables such as treatment history, field of study, and gender could influence the behavior of therapists. On the other hand, the relationship between the information of the therapists' information behavior and variables such as information literacy, state anxiety and trait, specialized knowledge and self-assessment of therapists was significantly evaluated.     Conclusion: The information behavior that a treatment specialist performs in his or her treatment process can be analyzed according to the Kuhlthau model.
