Development and excellence is the goal of every community and country. There are a variety of approaches in different communities for development and excellence. Development and excellence model in every community should be defined to suit the environmental conditions. if the model is being replicated in other countries should be localized. The path of excellence and development in our country, according to various demographic, social, cultural, religious, political, and economic characteristics of the our country must be planned and implemented. Ideas and thoughts of Imam Khomeini contain the dimensions and elements of the model of excellence for Iranian society. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the components of the excellence model from Imam Khomeini's viewpoint. Type of research is a qualitative research method and strategy Grounded theory was used. After the speech, data collection and theoretical sampling is done. In order to achieve the research model, data analysis (including: open coding, axial coding and selective coding) is done. In open coding, Data analysis, conceptualization and categorization of data is done. In axial coding, the relationship between concepts and categories that have been identified in the open coding stage is set with excellence. In selective coding, the core category (excellence) systematically has been related to other categories. Excellence from Imam Khomeini's viewpoint has several dimensions. His vision to development and excellence is comprehensive. From his perspective, all members of the community have different functions for development and excellence. He stated many recommendations to the people, government officials, armed forces, rich people, opponents and critics, youth, clergy, universities, schools and training centers, judges, Muslims and religious minorities and … . In this paper, different aspects and dimensions of the excellence from Imam Khomeini's viewpoint in the form of the model is presented. |
