بررسی ماهیت، زمینه ها و اهداف تروریسم مدرن دراندیشه سیاسی آیت الله خامنه ای |

چکیده تروریسم یک نگرش سیاسی و مذهبی است که با پیچیده تر شدن جوامع از حیث شیوه ها، ابزارها و زمینه ها متنوع تر و پیچیده گشته است. یکی از پیچیدگی های آن ابهام مفهومی آن است که فهم مصادیق را دشوار تر کرده است. این مقاله دو سئوال اساسی را مطرح و بررسی کرده است: اهداف و زمینه های تولید و گسترش تروریسم چیستند؟ آیا تروریسم دارای ذات معین است یا حالت ایدئولوژیک دارد؟. این مقاله با استناد به آثار، بیانات و اندیشه های سیاسی مقام معظم رهبری و بعضی از آثار صاحب نظران در زمینه تروریسم به تبیین ماهیت، زمینه ها و اهداف آن پرداخته است. این مقاله تروریسم را در قالب جاهلیت مدرن به عنوان چاچوب نظری در اندیشه معظم له تحلیل می کند. یافته های تحقیق با توجه آثار رهبری نشان می دهند: تروریسم، یک کنش و پدیده ضد اخلاقی- انسانی و کنش مجرمانه است. تروریسم در جامعه قدیم و جدید، از ماهیت جاهلی جامعه بر می خیزد که نگاه جاهلی، منشاء برتری جویی و عملکرد گزینشی است. تروریسم تابع زمینه ها و دلائل مختلف سیاسی، مذهبی، اجتماعی، قومی و تاریخی است. تروریسم با نگاه جاهلیت، یک پدیده نسبی گرایانه و با نگاه حق محورانه، یک کنش ذاتگرایانه است. در نسبی گرایی، به جای حقایق، منافع ملاک هستند. از نگاه آیت الله خامنه ای، غرب در مفهوم - مصداق(تئوری – عمل) تروریسم، گزینشی عمل می کند که یک نگاه جاهلیتی است. |

Abstract Terrorism is an inhuman attitude. The more societies become more complex, the more terrorism’s methods, tools and fields become complex. One of the complexities of the conceptional evolution that is become more difficult to understand. The difficulty shows itself in understanding the contexts , reasons, causes and manifestations of terrorism. This paper has examined two basic questions: One: What are the aims and contexts of generating and the spreading of terrorism?. Two: Has the terrorism a certain nature or is an ideological phenomenon? . this paper examined this issue in Discourse of Ayatollah Khamenei, and based on the documentary methods. This paper examined this issue from the perspective of modern ignorance. The study shows: Terrorism is a kind of an immoral and a criminal action and it is , rising from ignorace nature in the old and new societies. Terrorism has various grounds and reasons . more important contexts and reasons are: political , religious , social , ethnic and historical. Today, Human societies, faced with the greatist challenge of diagnosis of terrorism. terrorism in view of ignorance is a relative phenomen and from realistic view is an essentialistic action. In relativism, criteria are benefits not facts. To diagnosis a terroristic act from other violences , this paper has proposed eight criteria:1. Victims of terrorism are citizeens and civilians. 2. The target terrorists are destruction of civil infrastructures. 3. Terrorism has no specific geography. 4. Agents , tools , time and place and how it's done is unknown for the victims. 5. Terrorists have previous decision to carry out the terrorist acts.6. motivation of terrorists are political , ethnic and religious and interests.7. elements of terrorism it's Agents are hidden.8. The three common components in all definitions of terrorism, are violence, political issues and Fear on a national scale. |
