عنوان فارسی ارایه معماری پیشنهادی برای طراحی سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی یکپارچه در معاونت تحقیقات و فناوری دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی: مطالعه موردی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: هدف اصلی تحقیق، پیشنهاد معماری متناسب برای طراحی سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی یکپارچه و انعطاف‌پذیر در معاونت تحقیقات و فناوری دانشگاه‌ علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز است.  روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی که در آن از روش تلفیقی برنامه ریزی سیستم کسب و کار (Business System Planning) و الگوی James Martin برای طراحی سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی استفاده ‌شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 27 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان معاونت تحقیقات و فناوری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز بود که از روش سرشماری استفاده شد و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه‌‌ی ساختارمند و همچنین مشاهده و تحلیل اسناد بود. جهت تحلیل اطلاعات از ماتریس تقابلی استفاده گردید.  یافته‌ها: در مجموع، 53 فرایند و 60 کلاس داده شناسایی گردید. با بهره‌گیری از یک الگوی معماری چندلایه(ارایه، فرایند، داده و زیرساخت) نتایج در قالب معماری پیشنهادی ارایه گردید. در معماری پیشنهادی 12 زیرسیستم و ارتباطات بین آن‌ها شناسایی شد که دربرگیرنده‌‌ی زیرسیستم کتابخانه، فعالیت‌های پژوهشی، فرصت مطالعاتی، همایش، پژوهانه، انتشارات، نوآوری و فناوری، اطلاعات آزمایشگاهی، پایان‌نامه‌ها، برنامه‌وبودجه و زیرسیستم‌ اجتماعی و شبکه‌های مدیریت دانش بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که میزان پوشش فرایندها، کلاس داده‌ها و اهداف توسط سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی موجود به‌‌ترتیب %53، %50 و %55 می باشد که در حالت پیشنهادی یا مطلوب به پوشش کامل افزایش یافته است. نتیجه‌گیری: در این پژوهش با شناسایی سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی موردنیاز، امکان برنامه‌ریزی دقیق و به‌کارگیری موفق این سیستم‌ها فراهم می‌شود. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند برای پیاده‌سازی معماری سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی سایر معاونت‌های  تحقیقات و فناوری دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی در ایران استفاده گردد، که در صرفه‌جویی به لحاظ هزینه و زمان تأثیر بسزایی دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Proposed Architecture for Designing Integrated Information Systems in Research and Development Department of Universities of Medical Sciences: A Case Study of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: This study aimed to propose a consistent architecture to design integrated and flexible information systems for the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Technology of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences (AJUMS).  Materials and Methods: This applied research employed an integrated design based on business system planning (BSP) and James Martin's model for the design of information systems. The statistical population of this study included 27 managers and experts of AJUMS Vice-Chancellorship department for Research and Technology. Data collection was carried out using structured interview, observation, and document analysis. A contrast matrix was then used for data analysis. Results: In total, 53 processes and 60 data classes were identified. Using a multi-layered architectural model (presentation, process, data and infrastructure), the results were presented in the form of a proposed architecture. In the proposed architecture, 12 subsystems and the relationships among them were identified; such subsystems as library, research activities, sabbatical leave, conference, fellowship, publication, innovation and technology, laboratory information, theses, budget and planning, social subsystem and knowledge-management networks. The results also showed that the level of coverage of the processes, data classes, and objectives by existing information systems were 53%, 50%, and 55%, respectively, and increased to full coverage in proposed or optimal modes. Conclusion: By identifying the required information systems, it is possible to accurately plan and successfully use these systems in this study. The results of the present study can be used to implement the architecture of information systems of Research and Technology Departments of other universities of medical sciences (UMSs) in Iran, which can have a significant effect on saving cost and time.
