عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان رضایت ‌مندی مردم مناطق شهری و روستایی از اجرای طرح پزشک خانواده در شهرستان لارستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه‌: مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان رضایت‌مندی جمعیت شهری و روستایی شهرستان لارستان از اجرای طرح پزشک خانواده انجام شد. روش کار‌: تحقیق حاضر با رویکردی کمی به‌انجام رسید و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته‌ بود. جامعه‌ی آماری را کلیه‌ی خانوارهای تحت پوشش پزشک خانواده در شهرستان لارستان تشکیل ‌دادند. تعداد 383 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار‌SPSS 21  و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آنالیز رگرسیون و آزمون T، تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شدند. برای ارزیابی روایی ابزار، از روش اعتبار صوری و برای سنجش پایایی مقیاس‌ها، از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. یافته‌ها‌: میزان کلی رضایت افراد از طرح پزشک خانواده در حد متوسط به بالا، معادل 7/62% بود. میان جنسیت (074/0=P)، شغل (424/0=P)، مالکیت منزل مسکونی (338/0=P) و میزان رضایت‌مندی از طرح، رابطه‌ای وجود نداشت (05/0< P). میان محل سکونت، وضعیت تاهل، سن، تحصیلات، پوشش بیمه، درآمد، سطح پوشش خدمات، هزینه‌‌ی درمانی، مهارت بالینی و میزان دسترسی به پزشک با میزان رضایت‌مندی از طرح، رابطه‌ای‌ معنی‌دار وجود داشت. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که متغیر‌های سطح پوشش خدمات (925/0=R)‌، هزینه‌ی درمانی (928/0=R)، سن (930/0=R) و مهارت بالینی (931/0=R)، در مجموع 86% از تغییرات رضایت‌مندی از طرح را تبیین می‌کنند (001/0> P). نتیجه‌گیری‌: تخصیص منابع‌، برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی برای افزایش مهارت پزشکان‌، برگزاری دوره‌‌های آموزشی در روستاها جهت آشنایی با اهداف برنامه‌ی پزشک خانواده و نظارت دقیق بر کیفیت خدمات، می‌تواند به ارتقای کیفیت و افزایش رضایت‌مندی کمک کند.

عنوان انگلیسی Survey of Satisfaction of People in Urban and Rural Areas with the Family Physician Plan
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the satisfaction of urban and rural populations of Larestan with the family physician plan. Methods: The present study was conducted with a quantitative approach. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of all households covered by the plan in Larestan city. A sample of 383 people was selected using the Cochran formula. Data were analyzed by SPSS‌21 software using Pearson analysis, regression analysis, and T-test. The face validity and Cronbach's alpha were used to assess the validity and reliability of the research instrument, respectively. Results: The overall satisfaction with the family physician plan was moderate to high (62.7%). There was no relationship between gender (P=0.074), occupation‌ (P=0.424), and residential homeownership (P=0.338), and satisfaction with the plan‌. There were significant direct relationships between residence place, marital status, age, education, insurance coverage, income, level of service coverage, medical costs, physician's clinical expertise, and access to physician, and satisfaction with the plan. The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that service coverage (r=0.925), treatment costs (r=0.928), age (r=0.930), and clinical expertise (P=0.931) explained a total of 86% of changes in the satisfaction with the family physician plan (P< 0.001). Conclusion: The quality of services and satisfaction with the plan can be increased by allocating resources, implementing educational programs for increasing physician skills, holding training courses for villagers to get them acquainted with the goals of the plan, and careful monitoring and surveillance of the program.    Please cite this article as follows: Shafiei N, Hajihoseini S.
