عنوان فارسی بررسی ساختار تشریحی ساقه در تعدادی از گونه های یکساله Polygonum L. از خانواده علف هفت بند در ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این پژوهش 61 جمعیت از 6 گونه یکساله از Polygonum L. در ایران مشتمل بر P. aviculare, P. arenastrum, P. polycnemoides, P. patulum P. argyrocoleon, P. olivascens از نظر ساختار تشریحی ساقه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جنس علف هفت بند با داشتن میانبرگ نردبانی در زیر بشره ساقه، بلورهای اکسالات کلسیم و ساختمان خاص بافت چوبی مشخص می شود. ساختار تشریحی ساقه در گونه ها مقایسه شده و سپس ارتباط و نزدیکی گونه ها با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل آماری یافته های تشریحی تعیین گردید. نتایج به دست آمده موید تفاوت از نظر تعداد توده های فیبر و دستجات آوندی، قطر متوسط ساقه، وضعیت برجستگی های مقطع ساقه، قطر استل و شکل سطح مقطع ساقه می‌باشد. گونه P. aviculare تنوع نسبتا زیادی را در بین گونه های مورد بررسی علف هفت بند در ایران نشان می دهند. نتایج موید آن است که بررسی های تشریحی صفات جدا کننده ای را برای تفکیک این گونه ها با ریخت شناسی بعضا بسیار نزدیک، در ایران فراهم می آورند.

عنوان انگلیسی Stem anatomical study in some annual Polygonum L. (Polygonaceae) species in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this project stem anatomical structure of 61 populations of 6 annual Polygonum L. species of Iran, comprising P. aviculare, P. arenastrum, P. polycnemoides, P. patulum P. argyrocoleon and P. olivascens were studied. Polygonum is a genus with palisade mesophyl under stem epidermis, containing oxalate calcium crystals and a specialized xylem tissue. Stem anatomical structures are compared between species. Species relationships and affinities are discussed due to the results of statistical analysis. Results indicated the difference between fiber patch numbers, vascular bundles, stem average diameter, and stem protruding shape in cross sections, stele diameter and general outline of stem cross sections. P. aviculare show a great variation in studied species of this genus in Iran. Based on observed differences identification was done for species. Results indicate that stem anatomical characters can provide some diagnostic values for species delimitation in some morphologically similar species of this genus in Iran.
