ادراک کارکنان نظامی از عدالت سازمانی |

این نوشتار درصدد بررسی دیدگاه‌های پاسخ‌گویان در یک سازمان نظامی درباره‌ی عدالت و مقایسه‌ی ادراک آنها با نظریه‌های مورد اعتنا در این زمینه است. به این منظور، پس از بررسی و تعیین دیدگاه‌های مختلف راجع به عدالت و بیان سه دیدگاه کلی و متفاوت در این زمینه؛ یعنی، دیدگاه مبتنی بر اصل شایستگی، اصل نیاز و نظریهی ترکیبی، در یک تحقیق تجربی به مقایسه‌ی این دیدگاه‌ها با نظر افراد، از طریق پرسش‌نامه و در بین کارکنان نظامی، به تعداد 440 نفر اقدام شد. یافته‌های تحقیق، نشان می‌دهد که ادراک نظامیان از عدالت با توافق تقریباً هم‌وزن و هم‌سان با گویه‌های مربوط به اصل‌های «شایستگی» و «نیاز» (با نسبت 4.73 و 4.51 برابری موافقان به مخالفان)، بیشتراز آنکه تنها یک اصل را مبنای عدالت بداند، با نظریهی ترکیبی عدالت (ترکیب شایستگی و نیاز) هم‌خوانی دارد. این یافته، می‌تواند در راستای تقویت و گسترش «نظریهی ترکیبی عدالت» ارزیابی و مورد توجه قرار گیرد. |

This research is intended to assess the viewpoints of the respondents in a military organization to questions about justice, and to compare their understanding with considerable related theories. Hence, having reviewed the viewpoints about justice and three general different approaches, including principle of competence, principle of need, and the compound theory, an experimental research was conducted to compare them with the views of people. Data was collected through questionnaires which were distributed among 440 people. The results indicated that understanding of military personnel of justice was almost correlated and consistent with the questions related to competence and need (ratio of agree to disagree = 4.73 and 4.51). The results indicated that a single principle was not regarded as a basis for justice; rather, the compound theory was more relevant. Findings of this research can be helpful in the development of compound theory of justice. |
