عنوان فارسی شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت و افت تحصیلی دانشجویان (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه یزد)
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر، با هدف شناسایی عوامل موفقیت و افت تحصیلی دانشجویان به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی اجرا شد. از جامعه دانشجویان سال آخر رشته‌های علوم انسانی دانشگاه یزد (616 نفر)، مطابق جدول مورگان، تعداد 242 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی آن را شش استاد دانشگاه یزد تأیید کردند. پایایی آن نیز با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 7/0 به دست آمد که نشانگر پایایی مناسب ابزار بود. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های تی تک‌نمونه‌ای و فریدمن تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که عوامل موفقیت تحصیلی شامل علاقه به رشته تحصیلی، درک صحیح والدین، انگیزه فردی، تسلط استادان، جذاب بودن مطالب درسی، ارتباط محتوا با نیازهای واقعی، آشنایی با بازار کار و توانایی برقراری ارتباط علمی است. همچنین عوامل افت تحصیلی شامل حضور بدون مطالعه قبلی در کلاس، نداشتن برنامه منظم برای مطالعه، مشغله‌های ذهنی، تمرکز نداشتن در مطالعه، دشواری آزمون‌های درسی، پیچیدگی مطالب کتاب‌های درسی، جذاب نبودن مطالب درسی، ضعف ارتباط درس‌ها با نیازهای واقعی، آشنا نبودن با بازار کار و ناتوانی در برقراری ارتباط علمی است. در مجموع، پژوهش حاضر بیانگر اهمیت راهکارهای آشناسازی دانشجویان با شیوه­های مطالعه اثربخش، معرفی رشته‌های تحصیلی کارآمد و همچنین ارتباط مؤثرتر مراکز مشاوره دانشگاهی با دانشجویان است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors related to academic achievement and dropout among the students of Yazd University. The research method was descriptive-survey. The study population consisted of all senior students of Yazd University in Humanities (616 students). Using the Morgan table, 242 students were selected by random sampling. A high Cronbach's alpha value of 0.7 for different constructs indicated the optimum reliability of the questionnaires. Data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential using the one sample t-test, Independent sample t-test and Friedman test. The findings showed that the factors shaping students' academic success include interest in the field of study, parental understanding, motivation, teacher proficiency, teacher-student interaction, content appealing, content relevance to real needs, familiarity with the job market, and ability to communicate scientifically with professors and classmates. Based on the findings, the study suggests introducing students to how to study effectively, familiarize them with the applied disciplines, and the future job market, and a more effective communication with the university counseling centers.
