چکیده فارسی مقاله این مقاله در صدد واکاوی مفهوم و الگوی نظم جهانی در نظریه اسلامی روابط بین‌الملل است. در این نظریه استدلال می‌شود که «نظم جهانی عادلانه» موضوع اصلی نظریه اسلامی روابط بین‌الملل بوده و در هسته آن جای دارد؛ به گونه‌ای که نظریه اسلامی روابط بین‌الملل، به عنوان یک نظریه سیاسی کلان و نظام‌مند، به جای توضیح کنش و واکنش واحدهای سیاسی متعامل یا تبیین تأثیر نظام بین‌الملل بر رفتار آنها، مفهوم و الگویی از نظم جهانی را ارائه می‌دهد؛ نظمی که در سطح ساختاری چگونگی آرایش و چینش کنشگران و الگوی رفتاری آنها، و در سطح کارکردی شرایط لازم برای همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز و سپس زندگی سعادتمند و حیات طیبه انسان‌ها و جوامع انسانی را تأمین و تبیین می‌کند. از‌این‌رو، نظم معنا و مفهومی توصیفی، هنجاری و تحلیلی باید هم ناظر بر چگونگی سامان یافتن کنشگران در وضعیت موجود و هم معطوف به ایجاد شرایط زندگی مطلوب جهانی باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Pattern of World Order in the Islamic Theory of International Relations
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This article attempts to examine the concept and pattern of world order in the Islamic theory of International Relations. It will argue that “a just world order” is the main subject of the Islamic theory of International Relations and it is also considered as the core of it. The paper will further argue that the Islamic theory of International Relations instead of explaining the interactions among political units or the effect of the international system on their behaviors, as a macro and systematic political theory will rather present the world order model. The order which provides and describes the context at the structural level where the arrangement of the actors and their behavioral patterns are shaped, while the necessary conditions for the peaceful coexistence and eventually blissful life of humans and human societies are expressed at the functional level. Accordingly, the order will gain descriptive, normative and analytical meaning which will supervise the organization of the actors in the existing situation and create global favorable living conditions as well.
