عنوان فارسی حکومت‌مندی الهیات سیاسی در عصر اطلاعات (جایگاه سازه‌های الهیاتی در تئوری‌های سیاست و روابط بین‌الملل در عصر اطلاعات)
چکیده فارسی مقاله با کسانی که به خداوند و متافیزیک اعتقاد دارند و آموزه‌های حقوق بشر، دموکراسی، لیبرالیسم و بسیاری از اصول و پیش‌فرض‌های عقل حاکم بر محیط بین‌الملل را به رسمیت نمی‌شناسند و به صورت انتقادی با آنها برخورد می‌کنند چه باید کرد؟ آیا می‌توان به بهانه عقب‌افتادگی، استبدادی بودن و خرافه‌ای بودن آنها را کنار زد و نادیده گرفت؟ در صورت برخورد آیا باید به عنوان هویتی مستقل و دارای بنیادهای منطقی وارد ارتباط با آنها شد، یا اینکه باید تلاش کرد سازه‌های ذهنی آنها را تغییر داد؟ آیا سرزمین‌ها و کشورهای دارای الهیات سیاسی، شهروندانی باوجدان و باانصاف هستند یا مردمانی غیرقابل گفت‌وگو و تنش‌آفرین؟ این نوشتار با تمرکز بر تئوری‌های جدید سیاست و روابط بین‌الملل که اغلب مربوط به عصر اطلاعات هستند، به دنبال این است که شیوه‌هایی را که این تئوری‌ها برای برخورد با الهیات سیاسی و گزاره‌های مذهبی ارائه می‌کنند، تحلیل کند. در تمام نوشتار دغدغه متن بر حکومت‌مندی یعنی شیوه‌های اعمال و محدود کردن قدرت در الهیات سیاسی تمرکز دارد و برای دستیابی به پاسخ، هفت تئوری معروف سیاست و روابط بین‌الملل مورد واکاوی قرار می‌گیرند تا نشان داده شود جایگاه سازه‌های دینی و الهیات سیاسی در روابط بین‌الملل از شکلی حاشیه‌ای و بی‌اعتنا در حال تبدیل به مسئله و دغدغه‌ای عمومی است.

عنوان انگلیسی Governmentality of Political Theology in the Era of Information: The Status of Theological Constructs in the Theories of International Relations and Politics in the Era of Information
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله How to deal with those who believe in God and metaphysics, yet they do not recognize the doctrines of human rights, democracy, liberalism and many of the principles and assumptions of the prevalent mentality dominating the international environment which they also consider critically? Shall we dismiss and ignore them on the pretexts of being underdeveloped, authoritarian and superstitious? In case of confrontation, shall we consider them and establish relationship with them with an independent identity having rational principles or shall we try to change their mind sets? Do the states and countries with political theology have fair and conscientious citizens or people who are contentious and do not favor dialogue? This paper focuses on the new theories of International Relations and Politics that are mostly related to the era of information and seeks to scrutinize the ways that these theories deal with political theology and religious statements. However, the article is basically concerned with the governmentality which implies the means and ways of enforcing and limiting the power in political theology. In order to address the issue seven most-known theories of International Relations and Politics are taken into consideration and examined in details so that to establish the fact that the status of political theology and religious constructs in International Relations is no more overlooked and changing while it is gaining attention as a public issue.
