عنوان فارسی آینده‌بینی منازعه خاورمیانه و تغییر در توازن قدرت منطقه‌ای ایران و ترکیه
چکیده فارسی مقاله جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ترکیه که در منطقه مهم و راهبردی خاورمیانه واقع شده‌اند، دارای پیشینه تاریخی قابل‌توجه و مشابهت‌های قابل‌تأملی هستند. از جمله این‌که هر دو کشور دارای تمدن‌های باستانی و امپراتوری‌های بسیار گسترده‌ای بوده و در طول تاریخِ خود، همواره دارای روابط پر فراز و نشیبی بوده‌اند که گاه این روابط، دوستانه و گاه با تعارض همراه بوده است. هردوکشور همواره خود را قدرتِ برتر منطقه پنداشته و در این راستا در عین برقراری روابط حسنه، رقابت جدی نیز با هم داشته‌اند. پرسش اصلی این مقاله این است که با توجه به اوضاع پیچیده خاورمیانه، که تغییر در توازن قدرت‌های فرامنطقه‌ای و منطقه‌ای را محتمل می‌سازد ، کدام یک از دو کشورِ مدعیِ قدرت منطقه ای، ایران و ترکیه ، برای ایفای نقش یک قدرت برتر منطقه‌ای دارای وزن بیش‌تر و در شرایط مناسب‌تری قرار خواهند داشت؟ نویسندگان، با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، ضمن بررسی مولفه‌های قدرت منطقه‌ای، به مقایسه موقعیت قدرت منطقه‌ای ج.ا.ایران و ترکیه پرداخته و استدلال کرده‌اند بر خلاف سال‌های اخیر، ترکیه جدیداً با فاصله‌گرفتن از سیاست «صفرکردن مشکلات با همسایگان»، به ایجاد تنش با همسایگان خود همانند سوریه رو آورده و از همین رو، احتمال تشدید برخوردها و تعارض با سایر قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای در آینده نزدیک برای این کشور محتمل و قابل پیش‌بینی است. لذا، با توجه به احتمال تقویت بیش از پیش این رویکرد و عدم تحقق اهداف آمریکا در منطقه به‌عنوان پشتیبان ترکیه و احتمال مداخلات مستقیم سایر قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای از جمله روسیه در صحنه منازعه سوریه، در کنار افزایش جایگاه و نفوذ منطقه‌ای ایران، مقاله پیش‌بینی کرده ‌است که در آینده نزدیک، نقش‌آفرینی ترکیه به‌عنوان قدرت برتر منطقه‌ای، در مقام مقایسه با ایران، با چالش مواجه شده و در مسیر تنزل قرار خواهد گرفت و در مقابل، قدرت منطقه‌ای ایران رو به فزونی خواهد‌گذاشت.

The main question of this article is that due to the complex situation in the Middle East, that will likely change in the balance and regional trans-regional powers, which both countries claim to regional power, Iran and Turkey, to act as a dominant power in the region has more weight and will be in a better situation? The authors, using descriptive and analytical methods, to investigate the components of regional power, to compare the position of regional power and argued against the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkey in recent years, Turkey recently to steer away from politics " Reset to zero for the problems with neighbors" to create tensions with its neighbors like Syria and therefore likely to exacerbate conflict and conflict with other regional powers in the near future for this country is probable and predictable. Considering the likely strengthening of the approach and the failure to achieve America's goals in the region as supportive of Turkey and other regional powers such as Russia likely to direct intervention in the Syrian conflict, together with the rising regional influence of Iran's position, the article predicts that in the near future, the role of Turkey as a regional superpower, in comparison with Iran, and in the fall will be challenged and, in turn, would increase Iran's regional power.
