بررسی میزان کاربرد اصول آموزش بزرگ‌سالان در برنامههای آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان ابتدایی شهر یاسوج |

مطالعهی حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان کاربرد اصول آموزش بزرگ‌سالان در برنامههای آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان ابتدایی شهر یاسوج صورت گرفته است. روش این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی معلمان ابتدایی شهر یاسوج به تعداد 1567 نفر در سال تحصیلی 94 – 1393 تشکیل میدهند. تعداد 308 نفر از معلمان ابتدایی طبق جدول مورگان و کرجسی و فرمول کوکران به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبی انتخاب و پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته اصول آموزش بزرگ‌سالان میان آنان توزیع گردید. جهت تعیین روایی پرسش‌نامه از روایی محتوا و پایایی آن از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید. اطلاعات به دست آمده در این پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد میزان توجه به اصول آموزش بزرگ‌سالان در برنامههای آموزش ضمن خدمت شهر یاسوج در حد نسبتاً مطلوب و از حد متوسط بالاتر است. همچنین در کاربرد برخی از اصول آموزش بزرگ‌سالان در بین متغیر جنسیت و مدرک تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. |

Evaluating the Application of the “Adult’s Education Principles” in In–Service Training Programs for Primary School Teachers of Yasuj |

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the application of the “adult’s education principles” in in-service training programs for Yasuj primary schools teachers. The research method was descriptive-field study and the study’s population included all primary school teachers of Yasuj (1567 teachers), within the academic year of 2014-2015. 308 teachers were chosen according to Morgan and Krejcie table and Cochrane formula through relative random sampling method. Researchers made the questionnaire of “adult’s education principles” and distributed it among the participants. The questionnaire’s validity was determined by content validity, and for its reliability Cronbach’s Alpha procedure was taken. The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive and (relative frequency, setting the table, standard deviation and average) inferential statistics (one sample t-test, MANOVA, one-way ANOVA and Gabriel test). The results showed that the application of the “adult’s education principles” in in-service training programs was relatively in a good condition and higher than the average. Also, in application of some of the “adult’s education principles” there was a significant difference in variants of “gender” and “academic degrees”. |
