عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی بهسازی دبیران دوره متوسطه بر اساس رویکرد شایستگی
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر، روش تحقیق کیفی و مبتنی بر «نظریه داده بنیاد» است. منابع اطلاعاتی پژوهش چهار گروه شامل دبیران نمونه، دانش‌آموزان نمونه، والدین و متخصصان تعلیم و تربیت بوده‌اند که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با 11 دبیر نمونه، 15 دانش‌آموز نمونه، 10 نفر از والدین و 8 نفر از متخصصان، مصاحبه در حد اشباع انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه نیمه‌سازمان یافته بوده که به‌منظور پی بردن به معانی و مضامین نهفته در آن، از «رهیافت استقرایی اشتراوس- کوربین» استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه از طریق کدگذاری احصا شدند. برای بررسی اعتبار پژوهش از روش بازبینی اعضا، و برای افزایش پایایی از روش‌های اجرای فرایند نظام‌مند ثبت، ضبط و نوشتن داده‌ها در تمامی مصاحبه‌ها، استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های الگوی بهسازی دبیران دوره متوسطه؛ شامل شش بعد به این شرح‌اند: روان‌شناختی (مؤلفه‌های س، مهارت تعامل بهینه و مدیریت مؤثر محیط جمعی)؛ ارتباط بین فردی و جمعی (مؤلفه‌های ارتباط مؤثر با دانش‌آموز، ارتباط مؤثر با والدین، ارتباط مؤثر با همکاران و ارتباط مؤثر اجتماعی)، پداگوژیکی (مؤلفه‌های مدیریت مؤثر یادگیری، تدریس اثربخش، مدیریت مؤثر کلاس درس و ارزشیابی پیشرفت تحصیلی اثربخش)، پژوهشی (مؤلفه‌های منبع پژوهی و پژوهش‌گری)، بازسازی مداوم فردی (مؤلفه‌های یادگیری مستمر و کفایت سازمانی) و ارزش‌مداری (مؤلفه‌های اخلاق‌مداری، روحیه جهادی، شهروندمداری و الگوی عملی‌بودن).

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study was to Design a Pattern for the improvement of the secondary school teachers based on the competency approach. It was a qualitative research with the grounded theory design. The research population consisted of four groups: the qualified teachers, the qualified students, parents and the education specialists. Using a purposeful sampling method, 11 qualified teachers, 15 qualified students, 10 parents and 8 specialists were selected as the sample and they were interviewed. The research tool was a semi-structured interview, and in order to get its hidden meaning and themes, Strauss - Corbin's deductive approach were used. The interview data was categorized through the open and axial coding, and the validity of the research was checked through member checking. Also, the reliability was checked through implementing the systematic recording, recording and writing of data in all the interviews. Based on the research findings, the dimensions and components of the model of improvement of the secondary school teachers include six dimensions: psychological (the components of the personality, the optimal interaction skill, the effective management of the collective environment), the interpersonal and collective communication (the components of the effective communication with the student, the effective communication with parents, the effective communication with colleagues, the effective social communication), pedagogical (the components of the effective learning management, effective teaching, effective classroom management, evaluation of the effective academic achievement), research (the components of the source research, being the researcher), the continuous individual reconstruction (the components of the continuous learning, the organizational adequacy) and being value-based (the components of being ethics-based, Jihadist morale, being citizen-based, being the pattern of practicality).
