بررسی مولفه های کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله
زمینه و هدف موفقیت دانشگاهها و موسسات آموزش عالی در دستیابی به اهداف و انتظارات آموزشی، مستلزم بهبود و تضمین کیفیت آموزش است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف توصیف مولفه های کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی انجام شده است. روش کار این مطالعه کیفی از نوع توصیفی اکتشافی بوده است. جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختارمند و تحلیل آنها بر اساس تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفته است .شرکت کنندگان کلیدی پژوهش اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یاسوج بوده است که از بین آنها 18 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابتدا 2 سؤال کلی در خصوص مولفه های کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی برای شروع مصاحبه مطرح می شد و بر اساس پاسخ شرکت کنندگان روند مصاحبه هدایت می شد. هر مصاحبه به طور متوسط بین یک ساعت و سی دقیقه تا دو ساعت طول می کشید و مکان انجام، اتاق کار اعضای هیئت علمی بود. مصاحبه ها تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه داشت. نتایج ابتدا، تعداد 47 مورد از مضامین پایه استخراج شد. سپس براساس شباهت محتوا با ترکیب و تلخیص آنها به 14 مضمون سازمان دهنده تقلیل یافت. در نهایت این مضمونها، در چهارحیطه(مضامین فراگیر) شامل ارزشیابی آموزشی، برنامه ریزی آموزشی، ویژگیهای آموزشی و راهبردهای آموزشی قرار داده شد. جهت تایید صحت طبقات به دست آمده از نظر 30 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی استفاده شد. در پایان مدل کیفی این عوامل طراحی گردید. نتیجه گیری بر اساس تحلیل کیفی، کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی مفهوم چند بعدی است که عملکرد هر بعد با سایر ابعاد مرتبط می باشد و کیفیت عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت علمی به عملکرد تمامی ابعاد و ارتباط بین مفاهیم آن بستگی درد.

Investigating the Quality Components of Educational Performance of Faculty Members: A Qualitative Study

Background and Purpose The success of universities and higher education institutions in achieving their educational goals and expectations requires improving and ensuring the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality components of educational performance of faculty members. Methods This is a qualitative exploratory descriptive study. Data collection was done through in-depth semi-structured interviews and their analysis was based on thematic analysis. The key research participants were faculty members of Yasuj University of Medical Sciences out of which 18 were selected through purposeful sampling. Initially, two general questions about the quality of educational performance components were asked to start the interview and were guided by the participants' responses to the interview process. Each interview lasted between one hour and thirty minutes to two hours on average, and the place of work was the faculty room. Interviews continued until theoretical saturation. Results Initially, 47 cases were extracted from the basic themes. Then it was reduced to 14 organizing themes based on their similarity and composition. Finally, these themes were categorized into four areas (inclusive themes) including educational evaluation, educational planning, educational features and educational strategies. Thirty faculty members were used to confirm the accuracy of the obtained classes. At the end of the qualitative model, these factors were designed. Conclusion According to qualitative analysis, the quality of faculty members 'educational performance is a multidimensional concept that each dimension's performance is related to other dimensions, and the quality of faculty members' educational performance depends on the performance of all dimensions and the relationship between its concepts.
