عنوان فارسی تاثیر آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر رابطه درمانی والد-کودک به مادران بر کاهش احساس تنهایی دختران کم شنوا
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: کم شنوایی کودکان یکی از ناتوانی‌هایی است که پیامدهای روانشناختی نامطلوبی برای کودک و والدین او به همراه دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر رابطه درمانی والد-کودک به مادران بر کاهش احساس تنهایی دختران کم شنوا انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر پژوهشی کاربردی از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و با بهره گیری از طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه این پژوهش، دانش آموزان دختر کم شنوا مقطع ابتدایی مدرسه ناشنوایان باغچه بان 2 شهر تهران در سال 1394 بودند. نمونه 16 نفر دانش آموز کم شنوا بودند که به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه 8 نفره آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. قبل و بعد از مداخله دانش آموزان هر دو گروه توسط مقیاس احساس تنهایی آشر و همکاران (1984) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. آموزش مبتنی بر رابطه درمانی والد-کودک در 10 جلسه دو ساعته برای مادران دانش آموران گروه آزمایش ارایه شد، در حالیکه که مادران دانش آموزان گروه کنترل تا پایان مرحله پس آزمون، بسته آموزشی را دریافت ننمودند. داده‌ها توسط آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیری در نرم افزار SPSS20 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس حاکی از آن بود که آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر رابطه درمانی والد-کودک به مادران بر کاهش احساس تنهایی در دختران کم شنوای گروه تحت مداخله موثر بوده است. نتیجه گیری: آموزش مبتنی بر رابطه درمانی والد-کودک یک روش مفید و اقتصادی برای کاهش مشکلات و ارتقاء کیفیت رابطه والد- کودک است و می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش توانبخشی مبتنی بر خانواده به کار گرفته شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: Hearing impairment of children is one of the disabilities that are accompanied by unpleasant psychological consequences for the child and his/her parents. The present research was conducted by the aim of investigating the effect of group training based on parent-child relationship therapy (CPRT) for mothers on reducing feeling of loneliness among girls with hearing impairment. Material and Methods: The present study was an applied research type which was conducted by semi-experimental method with pretest-posttest with control group design. The research population included all the girl students with hearing impairment in Baghcheh-Ban 2 primary school for the deaf in Tehran in 2015. The sample included 16 students with hearing impairment who were selected via available sampling method and were assigned into two eight-subject groups of experiment and control by random assignment method. before and after the intervention, the students of both groups were assessed by Asher and colleagues' loneliness scale (1986). Group training based on parent-child relationship therapy was delivered to mothers of the students of the experiment group in 10 2-hour session while the mothers of the students in the control group didn't receive the training package until the end of the posttest phase. The data were analyzed through univariate analysis of covariance in SPSSv20. Results: Results of the covariance analysis indicated that group training based on parent-child relationship therapy for mothers has been effective in reducing loneliness among girls with hearing impairment in the experiment group. Conclusion: Group training based on parent-child relationship therapy is an economic and helpful method for reducing problems and enhancing the quality of the parent-child relationship and it can be used as a family-based rehabilitation method.
