تحلیلی بر حقوق بخش تعاونی: بخش تعاونی؛ خیال، نه واقعیت |

در این تحقیق حقوق بخش تعاونی با عناوین کلی تعاونی به‌عنوان یک بخش اقتصادی، ماهیت تعاونی‌ها و اتحادیه‌های تعاونی، و آسیب‌های قانون به حقوق و کارکرد عادی تعاونی‌ها بررسی و تحلیل می‌شود. درنهایت با تحلیل‌های انجام‌شده، این نتیجه به‌دست آمده است که با توجه به اشکالات ساختاری و حقوقی مطرح‌شده با نگه‌داشتن شرکت‌های تعاونی، بخش تعاونی و بقیه محتویات آن شامل وزارت تعاون، اتاق‌های تعاون، اتحادیه‌های تعاونی، صندوق تعاون و بانک توسعۀ تعاون و همچنین کلیۀ اولویت‌های درنظر گرفته‌شده برای تعاونی‌ها باید حذف شوند و قانون اساسی، قانون بخش تعاونی، و قانون سیاست‌های اصل 44 باید به‌نحو مناسب اصلاح گردند. |

In this research the cooperative sector's law has been analyzed under the general headings cooperative as an economic sector, cooperative's and cooperatives ::union::'s nature, and damages of the Acts to the law and the normal function of cooperatives and at the end it has been analytically concluded that regarding the stated structural and legal deficiencies while keeping the cooperatives, the cooperative sector and its other contents including the cooperation ministry, cooperation chambers, cooperatives ::union::s, cooperation fund and cooperation development bank as well all considered priorities must be removed and the constitution, the cooperative sector act and the act for principle 44's policies must be amended accordingly. |
