عنوان فارسی تأثیراسترس شغلی بر رفتار ایمنی با نقش تعدیلگر هوش هیجانی در ترمینال اپراتورهای اداره کل بنادر و دریانوردی استان گیلان
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف ازاین پژوهش، تأثیراسترس شغلی بر رفتار ایمنی با نقش تعدیلگر هوش هیجانی در ترمینال اپراتورهای اداره کل بنادر و دریانوردی استان گیلان است. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق تعداد940 نفر از کارکنان ترمینال اپراتورهای اداره کل بنادر و دریانوردی استان گیلان بوده و برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول جامعه محدود کوکران استفاده گردید و تعداد271 نفر تعیین شد. با در نظر گرفتن تعداد حداقل نمونه مورد نیاز و احتمال عدم بازگشت پرسشنامه تعداد350 پرسشنامه در بین کارکنان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده توزیع گردید که در نهایت279پرسشنامه کامل شده ازکارکنان دریافت و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، از نرم افزار smart pls استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که با توجه به مدل ساختاری تحقیق در حالت ضرایب معناداری و با توجه به میزان آماره تی، بین متغیرهای پژوهش رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد و استرس شغلی بر رفتار ایمنی ترمینال اپراتورهای اداره کل بنادر و دریانوردی استان گیلان با نقش تعدیلگر هوش هیجانی تأثیر دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of job stress on safety behavior with moderating role of emotional intelligence at the operators terminal of the maritime & port administration of Gilan province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job stress on safety behavior with moderating role of emotional intelligence at the operators terminal of the maritime and ports administration Guilan province. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method, it is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population of the study consisted of 940 personnel at the operators terminal of the maritime and ports administration Guilan province. For determination of the sample size, the Cochran limited community formula was used and 271 persons were determined. Considering the minimum number of samples needed and the probability of not returning the questionnaire, 350 questionnaires were distributed among the staff by simple random sampling. 279 completed questionnaires were received from staff members and smart pls software was used to analyze the data. The results of the research indicate that according to the structural model of the research, in the state of significant coefficients and according to the amount of t-test, there is a significant relationship between the variables of research and Job stress on safety behavior at the operators terminal of the maritime and ports administration Guilan province has an impact on the moderating role of emotional intelligence.
