عنوان فارسی تحلیل مشکلات مکان‌مند در شهر-منطقه اصفهان به کمک روش تحلیل شبکه‌های اجتماعی
چکیده فارسی مقاله شهر-منطقه اصفهان، مجموعه‌ای از شهرها و کانون‌های جمعیتی است که زمینه‌های مشترکی (چون ارتباطات، زیرساخت‌ها، جمعیت و اقلیم) در سطح جغرافیایی شهر اصفهان و محیط پیرامون آن دارند و وابستگی‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کارکردی و فضایی آن‌ها به گونه‌ای است که یک واحد جغرافیایی قابل تمایز فراشهری و زیر منطقه‌ای در سطح سرزمین را شکل می‌دهند و کانون اصلی تمرکز سکونتگاهی آن شهر اصفهان است. این ویژگی های مشترک سبب می‌شود که بتوان زمینه‌های مکمل با هدف‌گذاری واحد را برای آن‌ها متصور شد. در این میان شهرداری‌ها به عنوان کنشگر اصلی مدیریت شهری، نقش عمده‌ای در برقراری ارتباط بین شهرها و مدیریت این روابط دارند، به گونه ای که این مسائل می‌تواند به عنوان زبان مشترک میان کنشگران شهر-منطقه به ایفای نقش بپردازد. این پژوهش به لحاظ نوع آن توصیفی-تحلیلی و با توجه به هدف اصلی آن که تحلیل مشکلات مکانمند و شناسایی کلیدی‌ترین کنشگران در شهر-منطقه اصفهان (شامل اصفهان و ده شهر همجوار: ابریشم، بهارستان، خمینی‌شهر، خورزوق، درچه، دولت‌آباد، شاهین‌شهر، قهجاورستان، گز، و نجف‌آباد) است، - یک پژوهش کاربردی است. بدین منظور در گام نخست، شناخت مسائل و مشکلات مابین اصفهان و ده شهر همجوار با استفاده از مسیرهای دوگانه بازبینی متون اسناد و برنامه‌های شهری و انجام مصاحبه با مدیران و کارشناسان شهری به تدوین بیانیه مشکلات انجامیده است. در گام دوم تحلیل مشکلات و مسائل شهرهای واقع در شهر-منطقه اصفهان، بر پایه برچسب‌های شش‌گانه تعریف شده به ازای هر مشکل مقدار وزن (شدت مشکل) مشخص شده و به کمک روش تحلیل شبکه‌های اجتماعی، شبکۀ «کنشگران-مشکلات» ترسیم شده است. بر پایه یافته‌های تحلیل از این شبکه، مشکلات «آلودگی زیست محیطی ناشی از تردد اتوبوس‌های فرسوده در شهر-منطقه»، «بروز مشکلات زیست محیطی ناشی از نابودی ظرفیت اکولوژیکی غرب اصفهان» و «کمبود وسایل خدمات آتش‌نشانی در شهرهای همجوار شهر اصفهان» مهم‌ترین مشکلات شهر-منطقه و کنشگران معاونت «شهرسازی‌ومعماری»، « حمل‌ونقل‌وترافیک» و «خدمات‌شهری» کلیدی‌ترین نقش را در حل مسائل شهر-منطقه اصفهان ایفا می‌کنند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Isfahan City-Region is a collection of cities and towns with shareable common ground (such as communications, infrastructure, population and climate) at the geographical level of the city of Isfahan and its surroundings, and their social, economic, functional and spatial dependencies are such that one The geographically differentiated metamorphic and sub-regional divisions form the surface of the land and the main focus of its residential concentration is the city of Isfahan. These common features make it possible for them to complete complementary fields with single target targeting. Meanwhile, municipalities, as the main actor of urban management, play a major role in communicating cities and managing these relationships, so that these issues can play a common language among the actors in the city-region. This research is descriptive-analytic in terms of its main purpose. The analysis of locational problems and identification of key actors in Isfahan-Isfahan (including Isfahan and ten neighboring cities: Abrisham, Baharestan, Khomeinishahr, Khorzuq, Dorcheh, Dolatabad, Shahinshahr, Ghahjavarestan, Gaz, and Najafabad) is an applied research. For this purpose, in the first step, identifying problems between Isfahan and ten neighboring cities has led to the formulation of a statement of problems by using the dual paths of reviewing the documents of documents and urban plans and conducting interviews with city managers and experts. In the second step, analyzing the problems and problems of the cities located in the city-region of Isfahan, based on the six-tagged codes defined for each problem, the amount of weight (severity of the problem) is determined and, through the method of analyzing social networks, the network of "actors-problems" is drawn. Based on the findings of the analysis from this network, the problems of "Air pollution caused by the exhausted bus", "the occurrence of environmental problems caused by the destruction of the ecological capacity of West of Isfahan" and "shortage of fire fighting equipment in neighboring cities of Isfahan" are the most important of the city-region. The department of "Urbanism & Architecture", "Transportation" and "Urban Services" as acters paly the most key role in solving the problems of the city-region of Isfahan.
