بررسی سیر موضوعی مطالعات حوزه شهر هوشمند |

هدف: مطالعه روند فعالیت‌های پژوهشی در حوزه شهرهای هوشمند در جهان بود تا حوزه‌های پرکار و کم‌کار در این پژوهش‌ها شناسایی شوند، و اطلس علمی کشورهای فعال در این حوزه ارائه شود. روش پژوهش: با استفاده از روش‌های علم‌سنجی و تحلیل محتوا، اطلاعات کتابشناختی 4696 برونداد علمی نمایه‌شده - از ابتدای نمایه‌سازی مقالات تا زمان انجام پژوهش (دی 96) -در پایگاه استنادی وب آف ساینس را گردآوری و سپس از بعد جغرافیا، موضوعی و زمانی مطالعه شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعات این حوزه، در طی چهل و هفت سال اخیر همواره روند رو به رشدی داشته‌اند و بیشتر در قالب مقالات همایش بوده‌اند. در بازه زمانی مورد بررسی موضوعات پر استناد در حوزۀ شهر هوشمند به ترتیب شامل فناوری اطلاعات، حکمرانی هوشمند، محیط و شهرسازی هوشمند، حمل و نقل هوشمند، انرژی هوشمند، اقتصاد هوشمند، و شهروند هوشمند بودند. اطلس جغرافیایی نشان داد که سه کشورهای فعال در حوزه شهر هوشمند چین با تمرکز بر زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات هوشمند، اسپانیا در شهروند هوشمند و انرژی هوشمند؛ ایتالیا در حکمرانی هوشمند، حمل و نقل هوشمند و محیط هوشمند بودند. |

The thematic study of researches in the smart city scope |

Purpose: This paper aims to analyze the research trends in smart cities all around the world, and drawing the map of the most active countries in this scope. Methodology: Bibliometric data of 4696 scientific work were collected from one of the most authentic databases, Web of Science, within 1970 - 2018. The data were analyzed using scientometrics method and content analysis. Findings: The results showed an increasing trend in these researches during 48 years most of which were published as conference papers. In this period, 0.6% of the papers got more than 10 citations. Highly cited fields in the area of smart cities orderly were: smart information technology infrastructure, smart government, smart environment, smart mobility, smart energy, smart economy and smart citizen. Conducting 0.4% of the whole researches, Antonio J Jara was found to be the most active author, and "natural science foundation of china" was the most active funding institution. The Atlas showed that the frontier countries in smart cities were China, Spain and Italy. China`s main focus was on smart infrastructure while Spain's was smart citizens and smart energy. Italy`s researches were mostly concentrated on smart government, smart mobility smart environment. |
