عنوان فارسی سنجش اثربخشی بازرسی کل ناجا (مورد مطالعه، مرکز نظارت همگانی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این پژوهش، بررسی اثربخشی سازمانی در مرکز نظارت همگانی بازرسی کل ناجا است. در این پژوهش از الگوی ترکیبی اثربخشی سازمانی استفاده شده است. پژوهش از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها کمی و کیفی، و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کارکنان مرکز نظارت همگانی هستند که به روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند- قضاوتی انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و بررسی اسنادی است که روایی آن از طریق روایی محتوایی و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ عدد 85% به دست آمد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کمی آزمونهای کولموگوروف- اسمیرنوف و تی تک نمونه استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که الگوی اثربخشی بازرسی ناجا در سه رویکرد رسیدن به اهداف، ذی‌نفعان راهبردی و فرایندی، وضعیت مناسبی دارد و در رویکرد سیستمی مستلزم بهبود عملکرد است.

عنوان انگلیسی Measure the effectiveness of the NAJA Inspection Department (Case Study: Public Monitoring Center)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله   valuating organizational effectiveness and performance in strategic decision making and evaluating the success of the organization is essential. The purpose of this study was to examine the organizational effectiveness of the NAJA Inspection Department. In this study, a hybrid model of organizational effectiveness was used. The research is quantitative and qualitative in nature and is a survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study consisted of the staff of the Public Monitoring Center who was selected through purposive non-random sampling. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and document validity that its validity was achieved through content validity and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha was 85%. Quantitative method - Kolmogorov-Smirnov and T-test were used for data analysis. The results show that the NAJA inspection effectiveness model in three approaches to achieve goals, strategic and process stakeholders is in good condition and in systematic approach requires performance improvement.
