عنوان فارسی مقایسه عوامل مرتبط با آموزش بالینی اثربخش از دیدگاه مدرسان و دانشجویان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در فرایند آموزش، تدریس و یادگیری به هم وابسته هستند. بنابراین، اثربخشی باید از هر دو دیدگاه دانشجو و مدرس بررسی گردد تا بتوان از طریق نزدیک کردن دیدگاه‌ها، به آموزش بهتری دست یافت. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین و مقایسه عوامل مرتبط با آموزش بالینی اثربخش از دیدگاه مدرسان و دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شده است. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، جامعه پژوهش، مدرسان و دانشجویان سال آخر بودند. محیط پژوهش را دفاتر کار مدرسان، بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان تشکیل می‌داد. نمونه گیری به صورت مبتنی بر هدف از 53 عضو هیأت علمی و 118 دانشجو صورت گرفت. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته شامل دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک و عوامل مرتبط با آموزش بالینی شامل پنج حیطه کلی خصوصیات فردی فراگیر، مدرس بالین، محیط بالین، برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و ارزشیابی بالینی بود. سؤالات هر حیطه بر مبنای مقیاس رتبه‌بندی پنج نقطه‌ای امتیازبندی گردید. پرسشنامه‌ها بدون نام در قالب پاکت‌های بدون نام، با مراجعه به نمونه‌های پژوهش توزیع، و پس از یک هفته جمع‌آوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS صورت گرفت. نتایج: میانگین نمرات در حیطه‌های عوامل مرتبط با خصوصیات فردی فراگیر، مدرس بالین، محیط بالین، برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، بیش از 4 و تنها درحیطه ارزشیابی بالینی میانگین نمره 81/0±95/3 از نمره کل پنج بود. نتایج آزمون t برای چهار حیطه پیش‌گفت به ترتیب 46/0، 45/0، 53/0، 39/1 و برای حیطه ارزشیابی 38/0 بود که تفاوت معنی‌دار آماری نداشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نزدیک بودن اهمیت این عوامل از دیدگاه دانشجویان و مدرسان، بکارگیری مجموع این عوامل توسط مدرسان و دست‌اندرکاران آموزش بالینی در جهت ارتقای کیفیت آموزش توصیه می‌گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparing the Factors Related to the Effective Clinical Teaching from Faculty Members' and Students' Points of View
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Teaching and learning are interdependent in educational process. Teaching effectiveness, therefore, is to be investigated both from teachers' and learners' viewpoints in order to achieve a better education. This study was conducted to determine and compare the factors related to effective clinical education from teachers' and students' viewpoints in School Of Nursing and Midwifery in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, the population under the study was 53 faculty members and 118 senior students selected through purposeful sampling. The research environment consisted of teachers' offices, hospitals, and clinical centers affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The data gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire consisted of two parts of demographic feَAutres and factors related to clinical education which contained 5 general areas of individual feَAutres of the learner, clinical teacher, clinical environment, educational planning, and clinical evaluation. Questions related to each of these areas were scored based on a five point Scale. The questionnaires were distributed anonymously and gathered after one week. The data was analyzed by SPSS software. Results: Mean of the scores in areas of factors related to the individual feَAutres of the learner, clinical teacher, clinical environment, and educational planning were above 4 and only in the area of clinical evaluation it was 3.95±0.81 out of the total score 5. T-test results for four before mentioned areas were 0.46, 0.45, 0.53, and, 1.39, respectively and it was 0.38 for evaluation area which revealed no significant difference. Conclusion: Regarding the agreement of faculty members and students on the importance of these factors in clinical education, it is recommended to apply all these factors in order to promote the quality of clinical education.
