عنوان فارسی شناسایی مهم‌ترین مدل‌ها و شاخص‌ها در ارزیابی علم و فناوری در شرکت‌های دانش‌‌بنیان ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله       هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی مهم‌ترین مدل‌ها و شاخص‌ها در ارزیابی علم و فناوری در شرکت‌‌های دانش‌بنیان ایرانی است. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش بر مبنای روش‌های اسنادی و پیمایشی به انجام رسیده و بخش اصلی اطلاعات این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه دلفی دریافت و ارائه شده است. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها به‌صورت صوری و محتوایی انجام شده است. نمونه پژوهش 14 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه موضوعی می‌‌باشند.           یافته‌ها: از طریق آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای مهم‌ترین مدل‌ها در ارزیابی علم و فناوری ارائه گردید. در شناسایی مهم‌ترین شاخص‌ها با بهره‌گیری از مدل ارزیابی علم و فناوری خرد ایران در قالب 5 بخش شاخص‌های انسانی، مالی، ساختاری، عملکردی و بهره‌وری مورد نظرسنجی قرار گرفت و نتایج آن ارائه گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس رتبه میانگین، مهم‌ترین مدل‌های ارزیابی علم و فناوری مناسب برای سنجش و ارزیابی عملکرد علم و فناوری شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان عبارت‌اند از: «شاخص ترکیبی اقتصاد دانش و شاخص دانش»، «شاخص ترکیبی دستیابی به فناوری»، «چارچوب تحلیلی ارزیابی سطح توانمندی فناوری»، «شاخص‌های علم و فناوری یونسکو» و «شاخص‌های خرد ارزیابی علم و فناوری ایران». مهم‌‌ترین شاخص‌ها نیز جداگانه در پنج گروه ارائه شد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The main objective of this study is to identify the most important models and indicators in evaluating science and technology in knowledge-based companies in Iran. This study is done based on documentary and survey procedures, and the main part of the information of this study is received and provided through Delphi interview. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been evaluated through face and content forms. The sample consists of 14 experts in this subject area. Through univariate t-test, the most important models in the evaluation of science and technology were examined. In identifying the most important indices by using model of evaluation of micro science and technology in Iran, 5 sections of human, financial, structural, functional, and productivity indices were surveyed. Based on average ratings, the most important models for measuring science and technology and suitable assessment and evaluating of the performance of science and technology of knowledge-based firms include "composite index of knowledge economy and knowledge", "composite index of access to technology," "analytical framework to assess the level of technological capability," "science and technology indices of UNESCO," and "micro-evaluation indices of science and technology". The most important indices were also presented separately in five groups.
