شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر سیستم نوآوری تکنولوژیک در حوزه انرژی‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های تجدیدپذیر |

دستیابی به نوآوری‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های پویا و توسعه فناوری در سایه شکل‌گیری سیستم‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های نوآوری تکنولوژیک میسر می‌شود؛ از این رو این پژوهش با توجه به کمبود پژوهش‌های پیشین در این حوزه در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که عوامل مؤثر بر سیستم نوآوری تکنولوژیک در صنعت انرژی‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های تجدیدپذیر ایران چه مواردی هستند. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش کیفی است. جامعه آماری آن خبرگانی هستند که در حوزه مفاهیم نوآوری تکنولوژیک و نیز انرژی‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های تجدیدپذیر تجربه و تخصص دارند. حجم نمونه شامل ده نفر است که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌‌ها مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته است که روایی آن با نظر خبرگان و انجام اصلاحات لازم تأیید شده است. روش تحلیل داده‌‌ها شامل کدگذاری در سه گام کدگذاری اولیه، کدگذاری باز و کدگذاری محوری است. یافته‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های پژوهش نشان‌دهنده وجود 8 گروه عوامل نهادی و سازمانی، دولتی و قانونی،کسب‌وکار، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، ساختار بازار، فناوری و دانشی در 36 بعد فرعی است که بر شکل‌گیری سیستم‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های نوآوری تکنولوژیک در صنعت انرژی‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های تجدیدپذیر ایران تأثیرگذارند. |

Identifying the Factors Influencing Technological Innovation System in the Field of Renewable Energy |

Nowadays clean energy and technological innovation in this field have becomevery important. Dynamic innovation and technology development are done by the formation of technological innovation systems and factors influencing thefunctions of system play a key role in the emergence of such systems.Considering the lack of previous researches in this area, this research seeks toanswer the question that: "which factors are affecting technological innovationsystems in renewable energy industry?" The aim of this research is applied andits method is qualitative. The population includes experts in the field of technological innovation and innovation systems concepts and renewableenergy technologies that have the experience and expertise. The sampleconsisted of 10 people who were selected by purposeful sampling. The datagathering tool was interview and its validity was confirmed by the opinions of experts and the necessary modifications. Data analysis methods consisted of encoding in three steps including the initial coding, open coding and axial coding. Research findings represent the existence of 8 groups of elementsinvolving institutional, governmental and law, business, economic, cultural,market structure, technology and knowledge in the 36 subsidiary dimensionswhich are effective in the formation of technological innovation systems inrenewable energies industry in Iran. |
