چکیده فارسی مقاله کودکان پس از تولد به تدریج رشد و تغییر می‌کنند؛ راه رفتن و صحبت کردن را شروع می‌کنند و می‌توانند فعالیت‌هایی مانند دوچرخه‌سواری و خواندن اشعار کودکانه را انجام دهند، کم‌کم خواندن و نوشتن را آغاز می‌کنند و در نهایت، به فردی بالغ و اجتماعی تبدیل می‌شوند. اما در کنار این مسایل رفتارهای اجتماعی را نیز فرا می‌گیرند و برقراری ارتباط با افراد دیگر جامعه را درک می‌کنند. آنان برخی از درخواست‌ها و رفتارهای اجتماعی را فرا می‌گیرند، آداب غذا خوردن، زمان صحبت کردن یا ساکت ماندن، چگونگی ابراز احساسات مجاز در سنین و با جسنیت‌های متفاوت را می‌آموزند، با ارزش‌های جامعه در مورد اصول مطلوب و مورد قبول و اصول طردشده‌ی اجتماعی آشنا می‌شوند و درخواست‌های دیگران را در مورد این ارزش‌ها درک می‌کنند

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The infants gradually grow up after birth and beginning to Walk and to talk.By and by they start reading and writing and finally get into socialized persons. But also along side of these issues they have learned social behavior and familiarized with social values regarding to desired and accepted principles and also have familiarized with undesired social principles and have comprehended other requests about these values.This procedure continues from the birth of infant till the end of his life and called socialization. This procedure caused that the infant gradually familiar with values, norms and social roles in society and become changed from biological being to social being. The socialization process of new recruits in organization is as aforesaid procedure. The entrance of this person into organization coincident with awaring of request and investigation about his job and organization. If this agitation and quest sense move ahead in the positive and appropriate side, the person will stay in organization. In no case acts passively and at least it is possible for him to leave the organization.
