عنوان فارسی ارزیابی و سنجش اقتصادی حوضه گرمسیری غرب کشور و پیش‌بینی اشتغال آن با مدل تغییر سهم
چکیده فارسی مقاله رشد بخش­های سه گانه اقتصادی در هر منطقه بیانگر پیشرفت و توسعه اقتصادی آن منطقه است. رشد و توسعه  اقتصادی هر منطقه زمانی محقق می گردد که به هر بخش در جایگاه خود توجه شود. بنابراین تدوین  یک برنامه اقتصادی ­ مناسب برای اشتغال­زایی و توسعه  پایدار منطقه، مستلزم شناخت کافی از موقعیت و مزیت­های اقتصادی آن منطقه می باشد. بر این اساس تحقیق حاضر  قصد دارد تا با استفاده از مدل تغییر سهم به  بررسی و تحلیل وضعیت اقتصادی حوضه گرمسیری غرب کشور در جهت تعیین نقش غالب اقتصادی و پیش بینی وضعیت آینده اشتغال حوضه به عنوان هدف اصلی تحقیق بپردازد. ضمن اینکه  ورود و خروج نیروی شاغل را از طریق روش ضریب مکانی مورد برسی قرار می دهد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر نوع تحقیق جزء تحقیق­های کاربردی و از نظر روش جزء تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد. همچنین به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز از روش کتابخانه­ای و ابزارهای مانند نتایج تفصیلی سرشماری­های عمومی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که در مجموع در دوره 90-1385 بخش­های صنعت و خدمات سهم خود را در مقابل بخش کشاورزی از دست داده­اند. نقش غالب اقتصادی حوضه در این دوره با کشاورزی بوده است که در صورت ادامه چنین روندی با توجه به قابلیت­های بالقوه حوضه در زمینه کشاورزی و به تبع آن صنعت (صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی کشاورزی)، می توان انتظار آن را داشت که مسئله اشتغال در حوضه و به تبع آن استان­های کرمانشاه و ایلام  با توجه به بالا بودن نرخ بیکاری برطرف گردد. این در حالیست که تحقق این امر مستلزم تدوین استراتژی­ها و سیاست­های توسعه­ای مناسب در راستای سرمایه گذاری­ در فعالیت­های پایه و اصلی حوضه گرمسیری است.

So the formulation of an economic program for employment and sustainable development requires a good understanding of the situation and the economic advantages of the region. This research by use the shift-share model to analyze of the economic situation of the basin tropical West in order to determine the dominant role of economic and predict the future state of the basin of employment as the main aim of their research. In addition, entry and exit employed workers examined the Location Quotient mode. Research in terms of research applied research component of the research method is analytical. In order to gather the required information, including the detailed results of the census of public libraries and tools have been used. The results indicate that total in the period 90-1385 industrial and service sectors have lost their share of the agricultural sector. Agriculture is the dominant economic role of the basin in this period that the continuation of this trend with respect to potential watershed in the field of agriculture and subsequently of industry, can be expected the employment issue in the basin and consequently Kermanshah and Ilam provinces due to the high rate of unemployment to be eliminated. While achieving this requires the formulation of appropriate development strategies and policies in order to invest in basic activities of tropical basin.
