بررسی خواص ضدمیکروبی سیانوباکتری‌های چشمه آب گرم گنو |

سیانوباکتری‌ها یا جلبک‌های سبز- آبی یکی از متنوع‌ترین گروه‌های پروکاریوتی فتوسنتزی گرم منفی هستند که در سرتاسر کره زمین پراکنش دارند. آنها تولید کننده انواع گوناگونی از متابولیت‌های ثانویه با تاثیرات بیولوژیکی متنوع هستند. در این تحقیق عصاره‌های مختلفی از سیانوباکتری‌های جدا شده از چشمه آب گرم گنو در بندرعباس علیه برخی از باکتریهای گرم مثبت و منفی و مخمرها به منظور شناسایی فعالیت ضد میکروبی و ضد قارچی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور عصاره متانولی استخراجی از 7 سیانوباکتری Oscillatoria subbrevis، O. tenuis، O. limentica، O. limentica، O. angusta، O. articulate، Synechocystis aquatilis، Synechoccous cerdorum علیه 5 باکتری گرم مثبت، سه باکتری گرم منفی و 2 قارچ مخمری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که عصاره متانولی خواص ضد میکروبی قوی علیه باکتریهای گرم مثبت به ویژه Bacillus subtilis B. pumulis دارد و همچنین تاثیرات متوسطی علیه باکتریهای گرم منفی به ویژه Escherichia coli و ضد قارچ به ویژه S. cerevisiae دارند. |

Cyanobacteria, the blue green algae are one of the most diverse groups of Gram-negative photosynthetic prokaryotes widely distributed throughout the world. Cyanobacteria are known to produce a wide range of secondary metabolites with various biological actions. The aim of this study was to test extracts from various cyanobacteria isolated from Geno hot spring, Bandar Abbas (Iran) against a diverse range of organisms comprising Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and yeasts to evaluate its antibacterial and antifungal activities. Seven species namely Oscillatoria subbrevis, O. tenuis, O. limentica, O. angusta, O. articulate, Synechocystis aquatilis and Synechoccous cerdorum were selected for the production of antimicrobial agents against five Gram-positive and three Gram-negative bacteria, and two fungi. The results of this study showed that the methanol extracts exhibited high antimicrobial activity against some Gram positive bacteria (Bacillus subtilis and B. pumulis), moderate antibacterial activity against the some Gram negative organisms (Escherichia coli) and moderate antifungal activity against some fungi (S. cerevisiae). |
