عنوان فارسی تحلیل فضایی توسعه‌یافتگی فرهنگی شهرستان های استان یزد
چکیده فارسی مقاله قابلیت‌ها و مزیت‌های نسبی محلی و منطقه ای به دلیل تأثیرپذیری از عوامل متعدد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیطی، همواره متفاوت است و این مهم سبب برتری پاره ای از نواحی به نواحی دیگر می‌شود. به این ترتیب شناخت مزیت‌ها و توان‌های محلی و منطقه ای از اصول بنیادین برنامه‌ریزی‌های توسعه محسوب گردیده و راهکارهای علمی توسعه نیز با تبیین وضع موجود معنا می‌یابد. مقوله فرهنگ از مهم‌ترین مسائل موثر بر توسعه در جوامع انسانی است که در سال‌های اخیر رایج شده است و در برخی مناطق باعث توسعه‌یافتگی و در برخی باعث نابرابری‌های فرهنگی گردیده است. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش برآورد و سطح‌بندی شهرستان‌های 11 گانه استان یزد از نظر مؤلفه های فرهنگی است که با استفاده از 21 مؤلفه فرهنگی امکان‌پذیر گردیده است. روش تحقیق در این بررسی از نوع توصیفی، کمی و تحلیلی است. در این پژوهش به منظور وزن دهی شاخص‌ها از تکنیک دلفی و به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها در راستای سطح‌بندی شهرستان‌های استان یزد از تکنیک ORESTE استفاده گردیده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Local and regional capabilities and relative advantages of the various factors that influence the economic, social and environmental, is always different and this causes some areas to other areas of excellence. This way understanding the benefits and powers of local and regional development plans are the basic principles and guidelines for the development of the existing explanation makes sense. The category of the most important issues affecting the development of culture in human society that has become popular in recent years and in some areas has led to development of some causes of cultural disparities. The purpose of this study was to estimate and 11-fold Regionalization cities of Yazd province in terms of cultural components that are possible with the use of 21 cultural components. Methodology of the Study, descriptive, and quantitative analysis. In this study, the weighted index of the Delphi technique and data analysis techniques in order to Yazd Township ORESTE-surfacing is applied. The results show that, firstly, the cultural indices in Yazd province is not a significant difference between the distributions of the balanced development of cities in terms of cultural services is considered. And secondly, the findings revealed that Mehriz, Ardkan and Abarkuh Township respectively ranked from one to three developmental, cultural and urban center of the city of Yazd, Yazd Province is located in the lower level.
